Brotherly love grudge race 1 between a 1967 Mercury Cougar and a 1967 Volkswagen Beetle. The cougar stumbled a little off the line, but the bug prevailed. This was held at the Steel In Motion event a Shadyside Dragway.

1967 Show down. 1967 Mercury Cougar Vs 1967 Volkswagen Beetle. Beetle is slighty tweaked but still only 1584cc, The Cougar has a 289 V8. I had taken a beating of trash talk for a few months from my older brother. Needless to say the Top Cat is licking it's wounds. This was from the Steel in Motion Event at Shadyside dragway.

I am the original fast belt changing VOLKSWAGNUT. How to change a Volkswagen Generator belt in about 5 seconds. I was shown this trick a few years back, by Reece Kelso. Dad Let Me Drive My Version.
For all children or truck driving parents. Watch for the shocker. This was my typical summer vacation. Our Pop always let my brother and I drive. He is a firm believer in learn by doing. Not my first time, I was 9 years old in this grainy 1980's movie. All I could do to press the clutch and turn the wheel. 1971 White Freightliner. 8V71 Detroit Diesel, 13 speed Roadranger transmission. This was a real diesel truck. Non of this power steering and comfort B.S. A mans rig. Nothing like the sound of a Detroit. The engine noise is an actual recording of this tractor. I didnt grow up to be a trucker, but I sure do miss the miles of heavy equipment hauling adventures with my Pop. Now we drive the Gray Ghost..Check out my other videos for that.
