The 2013 New Mercedes Benz CLA four-door coupé combines the world's best aerodynamics with an avant-garde coupé design, the 4MATIC all-wheel drive, the COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST radar-supported brake system together with a new multimedia system and an unmistakable design language.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class is a new compact executive car on the platform of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class subcompact car and the Mercedes-Benz B-Class compact car debuting in 2013 as a 2014 model year vehicle[1] alongside the Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class crossover SUV. Since Mercedes-Benz parent Daimler AG does not sell the Mercedes-Benz A-Class to the United States & Canada, it will be the smallest Mercedes-Benz offering in the United States apart from the Mercedes-Benz B-Class compact sold in Canada, and also, it will be sold only in sedan form. An AMG variant, the CLA 45 AMG 4MATIC, is also expected.
It is a four-door concept vehicle with I4 turbocharged engine rated 211 PS (155 kW; 208 hp), all-wheel drive system 4MATIC, 7G-DCT dual clutch automatic transmission, diamond-look grille from Concept A-CLASS, Alubeam body colour, headlamps shining red at standby mode, indicators with individual points of light light up in succession, 21-inch wheels with perforated pins on the spokes, frameless side windows, panoramic roof, metallic-red colouring taillights, instrument panel upholstered in white nubuck leather, anthracite-coloured Alcantara on the upper section of the instrument panel, suede on the sports steering wheel, chrome trim elements and control panels in black anodised finish, surfaces around the HMI control panel in glossy shimmer of black anodised aluminium, four integral seats with integrated head restraints from Sports version of the new A-Class, air vents in the instrument panel from Concept A-CLASS.
The vehicle was unveiled in Avant/Garde Diaries event in Los Angeles, followed by Auto China 2012.
The vehicle, known by the model code of C 117, was unveiled at the 2013 North American International Auto Show, and is scheduled to be on sale by April 2013.[5]
CLA 45 AMG (2013-)
It included AMG 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol engine, 4MATIC all wheel drive, SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7-speed sports transmission, AMG sports suspension with independently developed front and rear axles, electromechanical AMG speed-sensitive sports steering, AMG high-performance braking system, 3-stage ESP with "SPORT Handling" mode.
As part of CLA-Class US product launch, a television commercial was produced to be premiered in the 4th quarter of Super Bowl XLVII 2013

The all new Mercedes-Benz CLA 200 with an AMG pack. That's a pretty nice find :) Tell me in the comment section, what do you think of the CLA? To be honest, i think it's ne of the mfinest and prettyest cars EVER made. It does not make it worse that Merc is my favorite brand. I was a bit schocked when i saw it, cause i thought it hadn't been put to production yet. But i was wrong, and what a lovely car it is in real life :)

Nach einem ersten kurzen Auftritt am Sonntagabend in Detroit im US-Bundesstaat Michigan erlebt der Mercedes-Benz CLA gleich je eine Premiere auf beiden Seiten des Atlantik: von heute an bis zum 27. Januar auf der North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit und von Morgen an bis zum Freitag, 18. Januar 2013, in Berlin zur Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Zu den Händlern kommt die Limousine in Coupé-Optik im April, bestellt werden kann sie ab sofort. Die Preise beginnen bei 28 977 Euro für den CLA 180.

2014 Mercedes S-Class - assistance systems animation
Mercedes has officially unveiled the 2014 S-Class at the Airbus A380 delivery center in Hamburg, Germany.
Designed to become one of the most luxurious and advanced vehicles ever constructed, the 2014 S-Class has an evolutionary design that incorporates a sportier front fascia, a larger grille and a gentle slanting rear end. The sleek styling enables the model to have drag coefficient of 0.24 which is pretty impressive considering the pint-sized CLA has a drag coefficient of 0.23.

Mercedes-AMG kicks off the automotive spring of 2013 in the "Big Apple" in dynamic style as the CLA 45 AMG celebrates its world premiere at the New York International Auto Show. The philosophy behind this four-door mid-series coupé matches that of the successful CLS 63 AMG, the trendsetter among four-door high-performance coupés. A glance at this high-tech package suffices to show that the CLS 45 AMG also has all the typical DNA to make it a perfect representative of the AMG's Driving Performance brand claim: with a peak output of 265 kW (360 hp) and maximum torque of 450 Newton metres, its turbocharged engine is not only the most powerful four-cylinder unit in series production anywhere in the world but also a highly efficient one that meets the EU6 emissions standard. With fuel consumption of 6.9 litres per 100 km according to NEDC combined figures, the CLA 45 AMG meets even the most exacting requirements.
