Lime Rock Vintage race 9/3/2011 MG focus, Carl from Zapata
This is Carl from the Zapata team winning the MG race at Lime Rock. This was a great battle that goes back and forth. At 5:40 his car starts smoking, and he thinks he might have to stop. At 6:59 he gets passed by our new friend Storm, but he gets him back the next lap. This is the first race Carl has ever won. We were very excited for him. This was a great event, with many historic MG's and like always, some very special people.

I am building my first race car, a 1967 MGB-GT with a Jaguar V12 and am hoping to be competitive in SCCA's EMod class. The class allows any engine available in a car in the US to be put in any body that was available in the US. In this video, I start the engine for the first time.
