The Sukhoi SU-35 made a stunning performance at the Paris Air Show 2013. There were a few maneuvers I have never seen before and sometimes this skilled pilot made it very difficult for me to follow the plane. Usually I am only filming civilian planes but the performance of this SU-35 was so impressive so that I had to upload the footage. Saab 900 Talladega Challenge 1996
In October of 1996, Saab Automobile brought over 6 randomly selected standard production 1997MY Saab 900 models to the Talladega International Speedway to test their endurance on the track over the course of a 8 days. The 6 Saab 900 vehicles included naturally aspirated, turbo'd and V6 equipped vehicles. Journalists from all over the world were invited to participate including notables such as legendary SAAB rally personality, Simo Lamipinen of Finland and of course Erik Carlsson. This event was titled the "Talladega Challenge" and was the 10-year anniversary of the first time Saab came to Talladega Speedway back in October of 1986 with a series of standard production 9000s known as the "Long Run". Extreme turbo Saab + 300 kmh Many viewers have misunderstood this video, so I explain it a little: -Speed at finish line (1mile/1609m) is measured. Time is not measured. -First Saab does 1st and 2nd gear with ~half throttle. Second Saab has limited Boost for 1st and 2nd gear. - three extra seconds between 0-100kmh typically means ~30meters wasted. But three extra seconds used in speeds close to 300kmh, means almost 300meters wasted. Here is equally powerful RWD cars (if not even more HP's) These RWD's are a lot faster between 0-150kmh, but these Saabs are faster from 150kmh-300kmh. You get the point when you compare speeds at finish line. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urWWdomnncw -A Saab 9-5 driver pushes a little too much throttle @3rd gear and looses traction. He lifts a throttle and pushes it back, but too much again and then he gears up 4th, a bit earlier than planned. (optimal is@205kmh). Earlier that summer I broke one gearbox when pushing too hard on 3rd gear. With new gearbox and at later event, I drove very gently on first three gears to avoid breaking it again. I pushed WOT for the first time on 4th gear @ 190kmh. You can hear it clearly on following video. Engine tone changes totally around 200kmh. Incar video is from 299kmh pull (at 1 mile race) Something happened to camera during the run. So I didn't get any incar video from a 305kmh pull. 2011 Saab 9-5 Aero Turbo6 XWD Start Up, Engine, and In Depth Tour
In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 2011 Saab 9-5 Aero. Released as a late 2010 model, the 2011 now boasts a panoramic glass roof along with the great redesign. Overall makes the car have a much more stately appearance and further set it in a more sport/luxury sedan class. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

Car made 416 bhp and 403 lb/ft torque @ 1.5 bar, should have been 1.8 bar but this was down to a split Intercooler hose and the base Boost needs to be raised a fair bit! Loads more to come here....Very happy so far, totally different driving experience to the GT28RS. Fair bit slower lower down, but goes ballistic above 4k!!
