Mustang Ford Racing Boss 302 Intake Manifold Installation 2011-2014

The Ford Boss 302 intake manifold kit includes the fuel vapor hose, fuel lines, and intake bracket, as well as the hardware necessary. The first step in installation is to remove the original intake manifold, JLT cold air kit, and fuel rails, following Bill's tips and instructions. Then, prep the new Boss 302 intake and secure it in your engine bay. Make sure to torque the screws on the intake in the proper sequence demonstrated in the video! Reconnect everything, extend the wiring harness for the purge valve, and replace the covers. Lastly, Bill installs the new strut tower brace and our installation is complete, taking between 3-4 hours. 2011 5.0 Mustang GT with Boss 302 Intake Manifold
This is my 2011 GT with a boss 302 intake manifold, JLT carbon fiber CAI, factory 3.73 gears, custom tune, Boss 302 tower strut, muffler delete, eibach pro-kits, and brembo package. It put down 433rwhp which is close to 510hp at the crank. This thing is a beast! Here is a start up and a few revs. Engine work and Dyno runs were done at B&D Racing in SoCal, and Exhaust was done by SuperTuning also in SoCal. Excuse the quality and sound. Was taken from an iPhone. Cams and full Exhaust coming soon.
