2011 5.0 Mustang GT with Boss 302 Intake Manifold
This is my 2011 GT with a boss 302 intake manifold, JLT carbon fiber CAI, factory 3.73 gears, custom tune, Boss 302 tower strut, muffler delete, eibach pro-kits, and brembo package. It put down 433rwhp which is close to 510hp at the crank. This thing is a beast! Here is a start up and a few revs. Engine work and Dyno runs were done at B&D Racing in SoCal, and Exhaust was done by SuperTuning also in SoCal. Excuse the quality and sound. Was taken from an iPhone. Cams and full Exhaust coming soon.

We've created a Street Machine that not only looks and sounds tough, it has the performance to back it up. There's only one problem. That problem is that we can never have "too much" horsepower. We wanted more and so did you! We were overwhelmed with requests to supercharge this V6 and that's exactly what we did. Now equipped with a ProCharger system, 80# injectors, GT front bumper with Boss/CS Front fascia and Saleen grill, we opened up the Intercooler to as much airflow as possible to keep the temperatures down. In 95 degree weather and only 6psi, we were able to make 400RWHP and rip down the 1/4 mile track once again in 12.47 seconds. That's no slouch, so V8 owners should beware! We predict an easy 12.2 quarter mile ET on a cool day when we'll see a little more Boost, colder temps and more timing. All of this on Nitto NT555R street radials! 2011 5.0 Mustang engine TICK after oil change
UPDATE AS OF 5-9-12 Sorry I didn't update sooner. After months of hunting down the issue. Ford sent a service engineer rep out to look at the car. After I personally duplicated the noice on the ground and mentioned it being the worst after an oil change, the engineer had the oil changed right there again. They then lifted the car up in the air with me in the driver seat and car running. The engineer and 5 other technicians under the car had me duplicate the noise and instantly they all determined it was the cylinder number 2 main bearings making noise. It was instantly decided by the engineer that a new motor was to be put in. After ordering the new motor. They put it uin and i now have almost 5000 miles on the new motor with no issues or noises. I have not yet changed the oil in the new motor. They want to wait until 7500 miles to change it. So far so good.
