The legendary last lap of the 1979 Bathurst enduro. Peter Brock takes the
race win by a massive six lap lead, setting a new lap record on this final

Bathurst 1987: That Old Brocky Magic
Another from the vault - and a clip from what turn out (eventually) to be
Peter Brock's ninth and last Bathurst win. Coming home third on the day,
the "winning" and "second place" Eggenberger Texaco Ford Sierra's were
firstly cleared of having illegal fuel by the Tuesday after the race, but
found to have illegally modified wheel arches and associated body work to
allow them to run larger tyres on their cars. It took until June 1988, but
Brock was declared the winner - but in this sequence in the rain in the
closing laps of the race, we are reminded just how good the man was.
Absolutely superlative car control, mixed with the happy-go-lucky mind of
the man. Pure Brock magic!
Bathurst 1972 Hardie Ferodo 500
Here is an old Bathurst 1972 500 special. This is the race that started
the Peter Brock legend and the first Torana win in the mighty 6 cylinder
GTR XU-1. It was later called Bathurst 1000 when they changed to
VLN 08-2010 Onboards Frikadelli Racing dreher Mercedes SLS GT3 R
Groß war der Jubel in der Box des Frikadelli Racing Teams, als es
Startfahrer Niclas Kentenich gelungen war, schon kurz nach Beginn des
achten VLN-Laufs 2010 die Gesamtführung zu übernehmen. Neben Klaus
Abbelen und Sabine Schmitz drehte Kentenich erneut am Lenkrad des
Früh-Frikadelli Porsche 997 GT3 R. Schlussendlich beendete das schnelle
Trio den 42. ADAC Barbarossapreis auf dem Nürburgring auf Platz fünf
