This is my 84 Buick grand national racing a blown big block Camaro. I ran 9.17 on this pass, and got the win. I was fighting Boost controller issues, only 20 lbs. Boost instead of the supposed 30. This is a mid-low 8 second car.
GN vs. GT500
I ran a GT500, he wasnt talking to anyone, just acting like his GT500 was a
Ford GT or something. He did a really weird burnout and I let him get the
jump. I guess he liked his rims to much to get a stickier tire because all
he did was spin. It wasnt even a race, his time ended up being 21.41
seconds in the quarter.

In car 8 second quarter mile pass
This was taken in one of the fastest Buick Regal T-Types in the country.
The camera was tied down to the cage. The car pulled so hard it moved the
camera during the run, then put it back when he let off the gas.

matter if he has a 3 inch or 5 inch! Nicknamed "Cpt. Controversy"
Maybe it is the weight of his helmet being so light that he is so fast...
In the final rounds of TSM, Dick was having engine problems (head gasket

1987 Buick Grand National VS 2010 V6 Chevy Camaro 1/4 Mile run 2010
Been working on my GN with my friends for the past two years and decided to
give her a run for the first time at a local cruise night. Not being at the
track in years I didn't know where to stage and didn't have time to build
Boost...but 12.1 in 1/4 is a good
start. It's a 1987 Buick Grand National with 26k original miles with stock
motor and a few bolt on. The paint and interior are all stock.
