2013 Mazda3 vs Jeep Wrangler Snowstorm Winter Tire Mashup Test
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Mazda3 and the new Jeep Wrangler don't have a lot on common. In fact they are about as different as two cars can be. The Jeep Wrangler is an old school body on frame off-road behemoth while the Mazda3 is a perky small run about. So which one of these is better in the snow? We decided to find out in another fun and interesting TFLcar mashup test. To make it a fair contest we of course got a set of dedicated snow tires for the front-wheel-drive Mazda but kept the stock set of all season tires on the 4X4 Jeep. To make it even more fair we kept the jeep Wrangler in two-wheel-drive and headed to Lick Skillet Road (America's steepest country Road) in a snowstorm. So which of these two cars conquered the Colorado Mountain road? You'll have to watch this video to find out.

How to fold The Windshield of a Jeep Wrangler JK
This is a step by step how to. You will notice there are 3 tools needed. A philips head screw driver, a 13mm deep well socket w/ ratchet w/ extender, and a t40 torx. One step i left out which should be counted as the first is to remove the plastic covers on the a-pillers of the windshield. I took mine off the 1st week i had my jeep. I never liked the way they looked. Make sure you put all bolts back into the holes they came out of for safe storage. That will also keep dirt out of the threads as you drive your Jeep w/ the windshield down. Make sure you carry all parts w/ you and remember how to put it back together. It's allways better to have another person there w/ you when you put it back together. It took me twice as long when i put it back up.

Supercharged Jeep Rubicon Unlimited testing snow chains.
All four chains on crazy terrain here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucahTMoikUo&src_vid=7gCnnBDORW0&feature=iv& annotation_id=annotation_872930 This isn't snow that has just fallen like your use to. It's snow that has been on the ground all winter freezing and thawing. You could cut blocks of it out, you can walk on top of it. The Jeep almost drove on top of it. It's like clawing through a solid block of ice. I didn't put the rear set on because I realized that I didn't have clearance for them between my rock rail and tire. I'll trim it down and try again. Just having them on the front made a significant difference.
