On Nov. 24, 2009, Chrysler engineer, Chris Winkler, behind the wheel of a 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR, broke the lap record for a production car at the famed Laguna Seca race circuit near Montery, Calif. This video shows the events of the day, including the entire record-breaking lap.
Viper ACR Nurburgring
The VCA was very proud to play a small role in the recent record setting
effort of the SRT team at Nürburgring. The Viper ACR ran a blistering
7:22.1 around The Ring, beating the next closest rival by over four full
seconds - a lifetime in racing. Congrats to SRT and the entire Viper
Dodge Viper Lap Record at Nürburgring : 7'12"13 (Motorsport)

On-Board Schumacher's F1 Laps Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Ferrari Racing Days 2011 in 720HD
In the begining of our 2011 season we hosted the Ferrari Racing Days
Event....it was a blast! Thanks to Ferrari and the Clienti (the clients who
own the cars) for allowing us to send some cameras along for the ride. Also
big thanks to Jay Rosas and Vision Wells On-Track Video Productions for
lending himself, his expertise in mounting cameras on extremely expensive
cars, and his fleet of Contour cameras. The other big thanks of note goes
to Phillip Powell and Charlie Davis for shooting the large format HD shots
that will be incorporated into their production of the weekend. The driver

extremely unofficial best lap of 106.25 music by danosongs.com

ItaliaspeedTV - Dodge Viper SRT10 (2010) ACR [American Club Racer]
Offered in Roadster and Coupe models and the ACR (American Club Racer)
package, Dodge Viper SRT10 delivers serious, race-inspired performance
without apology. With dramatic styling, 600 (450 kW) horsepower, 560 lb.-ft. (760
N•m) of torque from its 8.4-liter (510-cu. in.) V-10 engine, Dodge Viper
SRT10 continues to set benchmarks for an American sports car by offering
extreme performance including 0-60 mph in less than 4 seconds, quarter-mile
time in the mid 11-second range and 0-100-0 mph in 11-seconds flat. With
the introduction of four new exterior paint colors, Dodge Viper SRT10 is
now available in more than 150 paint and body combinations. Dramatic Viper
design hallmarks, including deep-cut side scallops, swept-back fenders,
lowered hood lines and the signature Dodge crosshair grille remain. A
Premium Tan Interior Package is available on both Coupe and Roadster models
and features premium tan Nappa leather seats, tan center console, lower
instrument panel and door panels. On the Roadster model, the package
includes a matching tan cloth convertible top. The 2010 Dodge Viper SRTs
V-10 channels its power through a ZF Sachs twin-disc clutch that reduces
rotating inertia by 18 percent, reduces clutch-pedal effort and improves
engagement feel. Transferring power to the rear wheels is a heavy-duty
six-speed manual transmission. Stopping power is another carefully
developed part of the Viper SRT10 equation, with 14-inch brake rotors
gripped by Brembo 44/40 dual-opposing piston calipers in the front and
Brembo 42/38 dual-opposing calipers in the rear. This system results in a
world-class braking performance of 60-0 mph in less than 100 feet. Dodge
Viper SRT10 ACR is the ultimate purpose-built, street-legal track car. Its
more than 40 lbs. lighter than the Dodge Viper SRT10 and offers race-ready
hardware and competition tuning for optimal on-track performance.

Rusty French, who brought two of his 1979 Porsche 935 K3s to Laguna Seca. A
small container was not large enough for the black and gold Porsche, while
a large one offered plenty of space to bring a spare car. Rusty is a
stalwart participant of Australia's historic racing scene and also
participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984. Despite never having been
to Laguna Seca before, he dominated the IMSA race on Sunday afternoon,
beating many local drivers.
