KAD Works Spec Mini Twin Cam race engine on dyno
A works spec 2009 engine being Dyno run at KAD. This engine produces 194 bhp at 9000rpm with 121 lb-ft of torque. These power figures are taken on a calibrated Dyno and have been corrected for atmospheric pressure and Dyno cell temperature.
All steel bottom end, JE 74mm motorcycle pistons, Farndon crank, Farndon custom rods with full Omex engine management on Jenvey throttle bodies. Running on Shell Optimax pump fuel
DMN Saloons, Brand Hatch, 18th April 2010
Rough video footage of the DMN Saloons race at Brands Hatch on 18th April 2010. After Rod Birley exited the race with an engine fire, an incident caused by the driver of the VW Golf sent Greg Rose in the tyre wall as he entered Brabham Straight. Boucing back on to the track, carnage ensued as Bill Richards (Mini) and Chris Hayes (Seat Leon) performed a scene out of Days of Thunder. Bill's car ended up on it's roof and a visit to hospital.

A Roll over and crash in the DMN saloon cars championship Brands Hatch 2010, supporting the Truck superprix October 30th. A action packed day with A roll for the Mini at Paddock (with contact from Ray Barrow's Escort afterwards) and Ashley Hargreaves hits the tyre wall hard at the top of paddock hill.
