Masterpiece in Metal Brenthel Industries Dakar Racer
www.dirtsportsnation.com Brenthel Industries teamed up with Peter Hajas to build a custom Dakar entry. The vehicle features much of the design found on their Class 1, 7200 and Class 10 vehicles. It was built from scratch within just a couple of months to make the deadline to be shipped to South America in time for the Rally. Jordan Brenthel explains why the vehicle was built.
General Tire Mint 400, Viva Las Vegas: B.J. Baldwin presents his trophy truck
The legendary Mint 400 is an annual off-road race started in 1967 known as The Great American Desert Race. Held just north of Las Vegas, NV the race is a 400-mile test of man and machine alike. The race is well known as being one of the toughest and roughest courses in all off-road racing. The Mint 400 has a rich and storied history with entrants from around the world that have included some of the most well-known names from all racing genres as well as the television and motion picture industry. The race was depicted in 1971 in Hunter S. Thompsons epic novel Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, which was later made into a feature film starring Johnny Depp and Benicio del Toro. This years race took place March 25th -28th and had over 300 participants in 24 Classes. 7267 ON-BOARD 2011 BITD Silver State 300 by Rotim Motorsports
Here is the first part of the 2011 Bilek Silver State 300 course from the 7267 class 7200 race truck. Travis Bozzano along with Ken Cox drove a great race and finished second in class. A few more videos will come along soon. So stay tuned for updates.
