A pair of 2009 Dodge Challengers R/T 6-speed. I got to drive the black one and it was a dream. The transmission shifts very smoothly and of course the power is awesome! Almost thought about selling my 70 GTO to get one, but I'd never sell it. Mustang owners has every reason to be afraid!
2009 Dodge Challenger R/T Hill Start Assist (HSA) Demo
Our 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T has a 6-speed manual that's excellent in many
ways. I particularly like the feel and weighting of the shift lever.
And today, while starting on a grade, I discovered that it has Hill Start
Assist, a strategy that uses the ABS to hold the brakes for up to three
seconds when the clutch is engaged, preventing roll-back while you move
your right foot from the brake to the throttle.
Watch the brake lights here. Specifically, notice that the car does not
roll back when they go out. The middle case shows what happens if you wait
The system also works in reverse when backing up a hill.
We Drive the Hellcat Challenger for a Week
We know the car is fast, but can you drive it every day? We borrowed a
Hellcat Challenger for a week and found out that it doesn’t need to sit
in the garage all week. It’s powerful, but it’s tame enough to drive
all week long.

2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat vs. 2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray
2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray vs. 2015 Dodge Challenger Review
As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the
Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and the Dodge Challenger in the front seats.
With the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray you will definitely be making fewer
stops at the gas station than with the Dodge Challenger, due to its larger
tank size and better fuel economy.
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of
a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price
(MSRP). The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray will definitely make more of a dent
in your wallet than the Dodge Challenger, which has a much lower MSRP.
Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge
for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The
Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and the Dodge Challenger have similar
Since the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is much slimmer than the Dodge
Challenger, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded
parking lot. If you go with the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, you'll have a
much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with
the Dodge Challenger.
With its lower torque, the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray doesn't do as good a
job transmitting power to its wheels as the Dodge Challenger.
The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has less horsepower than the Dodge
Challenger, so it will probably be somewhat slower.
Those who have to chauffeur around a lot of people should beware, the
Chevrolet Corvette Stingray seats a lot fewer people than the Dodge
The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray comes with essentially the same basic
warranty as the Dodge Challenger.

Dodge Charger R/T R&T with Flowmaster American Thunder
This is my 2008 Dodge Charger R/T equipped with the Road & Track Package.
Testing a newly installed Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back Exhaust system ( part number 817480 ). Stainless
steel, mandrel bends, no resonators, Super 40 mufflers, 4'' tips. This
system is loud and will give you a fair amount of drone... and thumbs up.
2013 Dodge Challenger R/T Redline Road Test Review by Blog of Speed
The latest car of the week was a fun one. The 2013 Challenger R/T is what
a muscle car should be. Big yet sure footed, but the 5.7 liter Hemi V8 and
the slick-shifting Tremec 6-speed transmission make this a joy to drive. I
can't explain how nice it is to have a simple stick v8 car, and how good
torque is. Keep it up Dodge. Can't wait to test an SRT Challenger. 100
and a manual transmission. Sign me up!
