Honda CBR 1000 vs. Triumph Street Triple 675! + How to do a burnout on a bike.

http://oldmantriple.com/ Third run of the night and I manage to beat a litre-bike! Seems he had some kind of screw-up at the start woohoo! Go the triple. Still a slow run for me but ah well. I also talk through how to do a very basic burnout on a motorcycle, then you see me do a very shitty burnout with very little smoke and a sketchy roll. Great stuff! http://facebook.com/OldManTriple http://twitter.com/OldManTriple Honda CBR 1000 beaten by Triumph Street Triple 675! + How to do a burnout on a bike. ------- My bike is a 2012 Triumph Street Triple R 675. Suzuki GSXR 1100 vs. 2012 Triumph Street Triple R - Drag Race
First run of the evening at the local drag strip. I get my butt handed to me (as usual) by an old GSXR 1100. Still, was a good warm up run. More Street Triple drag racing to come! Suzuki GSXR 1000 Vs. Triumph Street Triple R 675 - Drag Racing
Second run of the night at the Kwinana Motorplex - took on a race bike, a lot of race bikes come down to the drags to get a feel for launches and to have a run before a race meet. Naturally I got beat pretty bad but oh well! It's all fun. This run was a new personal best time for me on the Triple! Woohoo. http://oldmantriple.com/ http://facebook.com/OldManTriple http://twitter.com/OldManTriple GSXR 1000 Vs. Triumph Street Triple Servicing - Fatal Motorbike Crashes - A Sweet Corner
Bit of a mixed bag this one. Picked up the bike from the dealer today after the 1000km service. Bike feels great, loving riding. Where I live is having a shocking run of fatal motorbike crashes, I touch on this a little in the vid. Also, I take a sweet sweet off-ramp that brings back some fond memories. There's something in this for everyone! Ride safe everyone. Ride within the limits of your skill set. Ride within the limits of your bike. Ride within the limits of the conditions at the time. Too much carnage.

2012 Triumph Street Triple R Buttonwillow Raceway Keigwins @ the Track March 3, 2012
I ran my brand new ~1200 mi Triumph Street Triple R on the track for the 1st time with Keigwins. Dave Moss of Catalyst Reaction setup my suspension after the first session and the bike handled like a dream. Riding in the B- group I was pulling mid 2:20 laps, but came no where near the bikes capabilities. Next time I'll have to stone up and carry more speed through "Riverside" and "The Sweeper" corners. What a great day to be at the track!
