Hyundai launched the 2013 Hyundai Veloster turbo in Detroit Auto Show, seeking to increase the power to placate criticism that had been made to the car on the engine -- it would be tame, especially in relation to the expectations created by the aggressive lines of the hatchback.
It is a fact, however, that this lack of a stronger engine did not affect car sales, which is notable for having a solid business behavior in the United States, surpassing competitors like the Honda CR-Z and Scion tC. Because the Veloster offers a unique combination of sporty style, with efficiency and technology.
Despite the success, the trade press were critical of the fair: the 138 hp 1.6L engine was insufficient for a more fun on twisty roads where the driver is willing to abuse of the right foot a bit. The result is here: Veloster cv@6.000 201 turbo with 2013 rpm.
This level of performance puts the Hyundai Veloster turbo capable of fighting with heavy weights on the market -- even more expensive than he -- like the Volkswagen GTI, Honda Civic Si and the Mini Cooper S, for the Veloster turbo has a power / weight ratio better than any of these three.

In terms of power, handling up on the control panel is also modified to add value and increase the performance of the engine's performance at the 2012 Hyundai Veloster. Visually, there is no mistaking the Hyundai Veloster turbo aspirated with their relatives -- the new front grille makes this abundantly clear. The turbo has the same headlights and the same overall shape of aspirated model, but Hyundai has replaced the chrome grille with a huge gap hexagonal -- which also aims to improve engine cooling, and produce more intimidation in the mirrors of who will the front.
The interior of the 2013 Hyundai Veloster turbo is decorated in standard black graphite blue details, and a new LCD display that centralizes the information for the pilot. Finally, the turbo comes with heated seats and visible seams.
