This is my 2005 Ford Expedition on the Dyno at Steeda. I have installed Flow Master Exhaust, Airaid Cold Air Kit, SCT Tuned w/3 Tunes: 87 oct, 89 oct and 93 oct tunes. It roles on 20" American Racing Triple Threads with 3:73 Gears. Pushes out about 360 HP at the flywheel, about 60 HP more than stock.

Ford 5.4 Expedition Cherry Bomb Cold Start
First start of the day after about 16 hour sit, its about 69 degrees, so its not that cold. All the oil was at the bottom the pan until about 10 seconds into the vid and your can hear it finally circulating. Muffler is A Cherry bomb 26 inch glasspack with 2.5 inch in/out, and its dump before the rear axle.

Of course i used this opportunity to see the difference between the stock alt and the new alt by running a series of tests on the Punch 1000, which drives the subwoofers in this system. 03 Expedition with Cherry Bomb Glasspack
This is my 2003 Ford Expedition, Eddie Bauer Edition, with its recently updated Exhaust system. Prior to that I've installed a K&N FIPK 57 Series and a Superchip 93 Octane Tune. The car is built for both performance and gas milage, with nearly a 25% gain in city milage and an 11% gain in highway milage. no Hp/Tq figures yet.
1997 F150 5.4 With Newly Installed Homemade Dual Glasspacks
http://fordtruckclub.net member installed dual homemade glasspacks on his 5.4 Lightning powered 1997 F150. Here are some specs on his truck: OBX long tube headers with resonators held on by stage 8 fasteners. Custom built, 100% stainless glass pack style mufflers with stainless steel wool packing. 4"x10" (X2), stainless flex. 5.4L with stock lightning intake/blower. Comp xe270ah cams on top of fox lake stage 2 port and polished heads. All backed by Darrin Burch's race abuse ready 4r70w.
