MY MOM'S REACTION to Sentra SE-R w/ SR20VE swap

w/ SR20VE motor swap; all bolt-ons and some internal work. While it's only
putting down around 250 crank HP, it only weighs 1,990lbs, confirmed on
scale and had a nearly empty fuel tank. Removed all seats except fronts, no
power steering, no A/C, no rear spoiler, no wiper motor or washer fluid
box, no sound deadening tar or carpeting, no spare, jack, lightweight Rota
wheels, light flywheel/pulleys, everything that could be removed without
compromising safety was taken out (except the headliner), front two seats,
seatbelts, dash and rear speaker deck, that's it. So it weighs as much as a

Nissan 240sx RHD conversion / sr20det drift car
This car was converted by me at my shop, Vision Speed Factory, to a RHD
Sil80. The car started off as a 1989 Nissan 240sx. I used a front clip
from a type-x 180sx to get the blacktop sr20det, the interior, the
firewall, and all the other rhd parts. I cut the firewall out of both and
welded the RHD one into the 240sx, then swapped over all the parts. The
car is gutted out, because it's main purpose is a drift car.

Nissan Motor Company, has what is called Nissan Ecology Orientated Variable
Valve Lift and Timing. The Neo VVL engine was developed by Nissan around
1997. It saw limited release on some models. This in essence is a system
similar to the Honda VTEC valve lift system, but is also has variable valve
timing. This means that on a given rotational range, the engine will change
the lift and timing, on the intake and Exhaust cam independently. The NEO VVL engine
has a camshaft with two different cam lobe profiles. When one cam profile
is no longer needed or after 5000 RPM, the lift profile changes, and allows
the engine to keep putting out power all the way to the redline. Neo VVL
engines can generally rev to around 8200 RPM in stock form. This in effect
has the best of both worlds, a great idle response and high RPM power.
The Neo VVL engine changes the cam profiles independently. The Intake cam
changes first, and then the Exhaust
camshaft thereafter. Other manufactures, like Honda's V-Tec and Toyota's
VVTi switch both cams together. The end result is greater power generation
on the smooth side.
The Nissan Neo VVL uses two separate camshaft profiles. One profile works
best at low RPMs, while the other is meant for higher engine revolutions.

2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V SR20VE swap

I scared teh wifey a little lol.
The engine is all stock minus the air intake and 4-2-1 header and Exhaust. The power steering pump, water pump and
a/c compressor have been removed so the only thing the engine is turning is
the alternator. Water pump is electric.
6-second Nissan SR20 - Outlaw 10.5 Silvia
Michael Baghdadi's Nissan 200SX has raised the SR20 bar yet again. The
Mick's Motorsport S15 Silvia drove out the back door to a 6.84 at 203mph
pass at Sydney Dragway competing in the 10.5 Outlaw class at the APSA Pro
Street Shootout. The car is powered by a 1400hp 2.2L SR20 4-cylinder turbocharged engine.
