My Mitsubishi GTO (3000GT VR4)
1997 with the full 1999 body Dejon side mount Intercoolers Greddy Type Rz blowoff valve with recirculating adapter Spec Stage 3 clutch and fidanza lightweight flywheel Tanabe Exhaust Concept G-Blue & ultra high flow catalytic converter & other stuff... It originally had a tan interior which I find pretty revolting. I have about 80% of all the pieces in black, but now I am lacking all the old scews. Since the last time I had worked on this project was back in 2006. Car has roughly 106k on it and it runs great. I need to get the ecu remapped or buy a standalone system. I was thinking about doing a right hand drive conversion on the car, but I am working on the Honda Integra first. Check out my other vids and project The Integra Job. thanks for watching

The "FV" stand for Floating Valve, and it is this breakthrough in design that produces quicker valve response, increased valve travel, and improved resistance to premature valve lift and Boost leak. The unique floating valve design incorporates a revised adjustable dual spring system and diaphragm ventilation, while maintaining the advantages of the previous model's push valve structure and heat resistant silicone diaphragm and valve ratio. This allows the springs and diaphragm to better control the valve and Boost. By relocating one spring under and keeping one over the diaphragm, it makes the need for spring pre-load less dependent on idle and light Boost situations and more on keeping the valve closed under Boost. The result is our best performing GReddy Blow-off Valve yet! Another improvement includes an adjustable, sliding top hat, to adjust the hose fitting location, without complete dis-assembly. The FV also keeps its overall mounting and outlet dimensions, which means it is compatible with the industry standard two-bolt GReddy BOV flange and can easily replace existing Type RS & RZ applications, as well as use the same optional RS and RZ outlet adapters.

Update: This was a for sale video, for those that don't care to read the rest of the description, I made this video so people could see the car shifted in and out all the gears at various rpm's with no grinding, that it went down the road well, and had good oil pressure as well. Oh and the car is sold. This is a video I took driving my VR4 so I could show it drove fine. Its mainly stock, but has lots of new parts and some performance parts added. Its got a new transmission, new TC, new clutch, Eibach lowering springs, 3sx downpipe, gutted pre-cats, Hallman pro Manual Boost controller, K&N FIPK, Custom 3 inch single exit Exhaust, 5zigen rims, Autometer oil and Boost gauges. The whole car completely stripped to a bare shell and all removable body panels were taken off and the car was repainted. I've just got it at stock Boost ~ 9.5 lbs.
