Me in my 01 Trans-Am WS6 killing my old tires, doing a burnout while sitting at a stop light then sliding it around the corner.
Mods are just SLP Loudmouth Exhaust and SLP Lid...have Pacesetter LT's and ORY awaiting install

yes... it is a ws6. i sold the ws6 hood and put a trans am hood on it (i
find them better looking).
the 'noise' you hear on the 1-2 shift is coins/keys jangling in the cup
holder. I did NOT miss 2nd gear.
mods were as follows:
GTP stage 2 heads, lsx 90mm intake/tb, underdrive pulley, slp airlid,
smooth bellows, custom tune, custom grind cam (.591/.595, 230/232 112lsa),
longtubes, cat delete, 3" cutout, B&B catback with quad tips.
stock trans with B&M shifter, ram HD clutch, adjustable master cylinder.
Moser 9" with aluminum center section, 3.90 gears with detroit locker
susp: stock front, adjustable rear shocks, BMR panhard rod, double
adjustable lower control arms
Nitto 315/35/17 555 drag radials
Acceleration LS1 (0-155mph)
0-155mph in my 2000 PONTIAC FIREBIRD ls1 with K&N cold air intake and slp
catback. is second gear i let off the accelerator little on accident. this
is an automatic transmission.
