1993 Toyota Camry LE V6 Start Up, Engine, and In Depth Tour
In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 1993 Toyota Camry. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle. Thanks to Ken Simon the Camry forum moderator for ToyotaNation.com, youtube user LynchburgCSI57 for this helpful information! That's a 3rd generation LE V6 with the 3VZ-FE engine which was only available for 2 years (92-93) in the US (the 1MZ-FE replaced it for 94-96). The 3VZ is an iron block, aluminum head engine derived from the Toyota truck V6 of the era. They just added fuel injection. It also has 100% of its torque available from 2500 into the 4800 range. 185 hp at 5800 rpm and 195 ft/lbs at 4600 rpm. The ECT button (and green light in the PRND2L column) you probably saw in the car holds the transmission's shift point to a higher RPM before up shifting and waits longer before down shifting. Basically, it allows for sportier driving, better throttle response, and lessened fuel economy. About 35% of Camrys in this year were built in Japan (VIN starts with a J) and the rest were built in Kentucky (VIN starts with a 4). No major parts are different between the two, just a neat fact. The 3VZ was also equipped with ACIS (Acoustic Control Induction System) which basically is a valve that varies the intake runner lengths to help optimize performance and low and high engine speeds. Kicks in around 3500, I believe. Sort of a weaker version of VVTi (toyota's variable valve timing).
2009 Wildfire WF650-C Start Up, Engine, In Depth Tour, and Brief Drive
In this video I give a full in depth tour to a rather unique 3 wheel 4 passenger vehicle knows as the Wildfire WF650-C. Powered by a motorcycle 650cc engine and a motorcycle chassis. I take viewers through the interior and exterior, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. I also show a bunch of the various features of the vehicle. This one was pretty trashed overall but a nice example of what the wildfire is all about and giving a better overall appreciation for the vehicle.
Final Update on the Repo 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Start Up, Test Drive, Tour)
The Jeep is all fixed finally and better than ever. This will be the last update video that was almost 3 years in the making. SEE DESCRIPTION BELOW. What turned out to be a neutral safety switch malfunction that led to the jeep not starting in the last update video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTdIBcaad04 we also had to put a transmission into it. Now it's running fantastic, with everything working, shifting properly, it's now just as it should be. I detailed it fully so it can hopefully make someone else happy that will take care of it and enjoy it. After all this vehicle was pretty much history making when I started this channel so I'd be very happy to see it go to a new home. This video was a quick shoot, no special format or 1080p, due to timing and other things to take care of I wanted to at least MAKE SURE I was able to film it this time around for all my long time subscribers who have supported me so much over these few years. Thanks everyone and I hope you all enjoy!! In case anyone was wondering, the Jeep is for sale right now and with everything my dad sells a 30 day 1000 mile warranty is included :) http://www.autotrader.com/dealers/inview/detail.jsp?ct=u&car_id=315056480&d ealer_id=100034576&car_year=2000&dealership_view_name=carconnectionnc&addre ss=27320-5320&sort_type=make_modelASC&cardist=5646 DESCRIPTION FROM PREVIOUS UPDATE VIDEO Well for the majority of people who might not understand why I made this video, I'll explain it all haha. Back a couple years ago when I first started making videos, they were videos like this, of random cars, cars with issues, tinkering, how to videos and much more. Just a regular car channel of random things I came across when I worked at my dad's dealership in highschool and during my undergrad work at campbell university. This vehicle is my most famous, or "infamous" if you will, video series of that era. The cursed jeep that kept coming back with more and more issues haha. These are enjoyable and fun videos, with anticipatory plots so to speak, with random inserts. A ton of people enjoy these videos as do I, which is why I started making videos in the first place! I never was able to finish up the final update video on this vehicle before we put a new engine in it and sold it. I was at school at the time. Now, almost 3 years later IT'S BACK and back with more problems ::sigh:: so let's take a close look in a old school saabkyle04 tribute video!!! Feel free to take a look at the other videos of this vehicle on my channel from way back and you'll see what I mean!!
