Ford Powerstroke Faulty Injector Wiring Harness
A faulty injector wiring harness on the driver's side cylinders of the
engine caused the engine to run the way it did in this video. I replaced
both wiring harnesses in case the other one failed. I also replaced all
eight glow plugs while I was at it. Runs perfectly now.
Motor Blow Up
What a bunch of rednecks do on a saturday afternoon. lol
Supercharged home made Straight Eight by Desperate Dan Vid 2
Built in a shed, it fired up first go. I was hoping it would sound real
lumpy like a drag engine, but it runs too smooth, and it's too quiet even
with unsilenced 9" pipes! The timing was a pain to sort out the Rover
distributor runs backwards, I had to take the heads off to work out the
firing order!!! See the shed it was built in on Vid 1.
Added May 2012: OK, my nails are dirty, maybe because I'm an engineer &
build stuff? Maybe your nails are clean because you can't build eff-all &
just sit behind your computer? C'mon folk, get a life.
Engine Running NO OIL - NO SUMP - Seized Soild on Camera
Messing with a Mitsubishi Lancer
There are loads of videos where people run an engine at full rev with no
oil in it, and the engine seizes.
Running it a medium rev, I wanted to see how long it would run with no
lubrication, and I was surprised.
However if the car was driving and the engine was under load, it would be
dead in minutes!

Mercedes Million Kilometer Test
Mobil 1 put 1 million kilometers on a Mercedes-Benz engine then broke it
down to see how the fully synthetic motor oil did in leaving minimal
deposits and minimal wear on the engine, demonstrating how Mobil 1 will
allow an engine to operate in like new conditions through an extended test
Original video was apparently by colinfurze, funny stuff man!
NOT MY VIDEO! But had a hard time locating it when I put it up so I posted
it here. Funny stuff and I thought it was great. I do however agree the oil
on the road could potentially be an issue for motorbikes.
Some crazy kids decide to run their motor with no head and soon to be no
oil as it is being forcefully pressurized out of the oil passages that
should be going to the now non-existant head's location.
