Quick Shifting vs. Powershifting
BEFORE YOU COMMENT : -The purpose of this video is only to show the difference between quick shifting and powershifting. -Constructive comments are welcome. -Stop whining about the shape of the transmission. I don't drive like that all day everyday, and it still shifts like butter (must be done properly though). -Whining about the position of my hand on the steering wheel is also irrelevant. I usually drive with both hands on it, but during the making of the video I happened to let one hand on the shifter because I felt like it (multiple shifts on a short time). -Thanks for watching and let the VTEC kick in, yo ! VIDEO DESCRIPTION: Quick lifted shifts vs full throttle powershifts. Powershifting means that you never leave your foot off the gas while shifting. Also added some rev matching near the end.

I have been seeing alot of stupid reponses lately to this clip. Mostly from kids that dont have a car and dont know how to drive either. I post these to remember fun times and share with friends. Anyway clip was in my 93 Ford Mustang LX V8. Car was built with a 347 Stroker and had a 150 shot of Nitrous. Its not the fastest car, but it was a hell of alot of fun. BEst run I ever had in this car was 11.7 @ 121 on nitto drag radials and a full street suspension lowered and all. No drag suspension or slicks. Clip was recorded in Miami around 1998.

i absolutely hate this track. i ran a 13.88(personal best:13.53) with a soft launch. granny shifting. the car is mostly stock with a few mods. bbk cold air intake, 75mm throttlebody, 75mm accufab plenum, bbk o/r x pipe, chip, Dyno tune, and 4.10 rear end. running on 275 Nitto DRs. this was at national trails raceway. i know this isnt crazy or anything but its decent for a n/a Mustang only pushing 258 rwhp and 300tq. hate if you want but its still fun.

2001 Cobra 1/4 mile pass
Got this car 2 weeks ago. Still learning the 4.6 compared to the 5.0 I used to have. Second run was 13.1@107, and didnt have a chance to go after that because of rain. Couldve dipped into 12's probably. Mods are: Mac LongTubes, Mac Offroad H, Mac Catback, King Cobra clutch, pro5.0 Shifter, BBK CAI, stiffer IRS bushings, Nitto 315/17's.

my 1st pass with stage 1 anderson cams, 90 degrees out and it went 12,98 with a 1.74 60 foot, all mods include bassani x pipe, bassani cat back, anderson n-22 cams, anderson powerpipe, steeda underdrive pulleys, 4:10 gears and micky tompson street et drag radials. Stock suspension.

This is the best run so far. A 7.47@91 with bolt ons and Nitrous. Time for the headers to go on and the et's to get lower.
