The V8 Barstool [S2 Ep. 4-3]
In the world of hot rodding, when gear heads gather around and start
discussing their projects, invariably the conversation drifts into
speculation of what the smallest thing is that you can successfully put a
V8 engine in. Well today on GEARZ, Stacey pretty much puts an end to that
speculation by building a V8 powered BARSTOOL!! It's part go-cart... part
garden tractor... part insane... and ALL hot rod. Which of course is what
GEARZ is all about! If you like WILD.. then you don't want to miss this
show! Then Stacey dives into some Muffler Tech to show you what kind of
mufflers there are on the market, and give you some tips that might help
you make the right decision when the time comes to stick some cool mufflers
on your machine!
Simple Homemade Go Kart
"Moving from the City to the County"
After waiting for a welder for months, we finally got one. Using materials
around the property and taking parts from an old mini bike, we put this
riding machine together. We call it the "Tri-Kart". It is a simple design
and easy to build.
Thanks for Watching :)
Go Kart 1000cc with flatshifter.
The Flatshifter has now been installed, the initial test run with the Kart
raised above the ground went well. Gearing up without moving the foot from
the throttle, and gear down using a throttle blipper, The gear change is
smooth in both directions. We are hoping to get it out on the track soon
and test it out, so until then I am going to grow a large set of nuts
before we go flying round the track.

GSXR Powered Barracuda Dune Buggy HQ
All the clips of the barracuda.
Powered by a 750 cc Suzuki GSXR engine, the buggy has approximately 90-100
hp at the wheels, and 120 or so at the crank.
Suspension travel is 12 inches in the rear and 15 in the front. The shocks
in the video were too low on nitrogen.
This buggy took almost 3 years to complete. The whole chassis was hand
fabricated, along with the suspension and driveline.
