M3 CSL Nurburgring Fuchsrohre oooops.... oil on track... near-miss
Here I am quite lucky not to hit the crash barrier when I spin in the fast left kink just after the fuchsrohre. I think I need glasses to see the sign "Ollspurr/Oil-on-track" a little bit earlier ;-) Car: M3 CSL. Date: May 2009. Driver: Gerwin
BMW M3 GTS and Porsche GT3 RS Nurburgring 7min55 BTG
Fun lap during a trackday with my M3 GTS and a orange Porsche GT3RS.
The car is a bit wobbly at this videoclip, meanwhile we improved the
setting of the car (except brake pads still OEM). At this point it was
still out of shape. It would also be nice if there would fit more tyres
(Trofeo, Cup of slicks perhaps), but unfortunately only Pirelli and Dunlop
make tyres for this car....

I pull the trusty pocketcam out just as the first few drops of rain fall on
Wehrseifen. An E46 driver loses control on the entry to the corner, and
ends up rolling all the way around. Race was the VLN #2 of 2012 and this
was only the second lap of a four-hour event!

Pagani - Pirelli Tyre - Assuring new technologies and materials are fit for
production means also putting the vehicle's components under severe
stresses, exceeding those normally encountered in every day road driving.
The Nürburgring Nordschleife is the most demanding track in the world, for
man and machine, an ordeal that each Pagani has to pass, only one of many
in the entire development phase.
The Zonda R serves as the ultimate test bench, a car able to reach
acceleration figures and speeds that are not possible with a road car.
This is further underlined by a laptime of 6:47,5 min for the 20,832 km

BMW M3 E46 + CSL Invasion at the Nordschleife! Part 2
After the Nissan GT-R invasion video I have now part 2 of the BMW M3 E46 at
the Nordschleife video! In this video you see a lot of modified BMW M3's
and also the CSL version, those BMW M3's are special tuned for the
Nordschleife! Pretty cool right? This is one of the most affordable race
car for the Nordschleife (Green Hell)!
