2008 Ford Fusion Review - Kelley Blue Book

FOR MORE CAR VIDEOS & REVIEWS VISIT: http://www.kbb.com/kbb/NewsAndReviews/VideoLibrary.aspx Ford Fusion. Ford borrowed heavily from Mazda when constructing the Fusion sedan, using the chassis and drivetrain shared with the Mazda6. The Fusion also borrows from the Ford 427 concept in its bold exterior styling. The Japanese hardware and distinctive design give the Fusion a character very different from other midsize sedans on the market. Welcome to our comprehensive Kelley Blue Book review of the Ford Fusion. The Ford Fusion doesnt pretend to be a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord. It looks decidedly different than either of these sedans and offers a comfortable, high-quality interior that we wouldnt mind sinking into for a long road trip or just for a jaunt to the grocery store. It is also less expensive to buy that the two segment standard-bearers. For more new car reviews, interviews and automotive news visit http://www.kbb.com today.

FOR PRICING & SPECS ON THIS CAR VISIT: http://kbb.com/KBB/NewCars/GMC_Acadia.aspx GMC Acadia. GMCs Acadia may be the brands first crossover offering, but it is a polished freshman effort, sharing the refined ride and superior fit and finish of its Buick Enclave and Saturn Outlook cousins. Welcome to our comprehensive Kelley Blue Book review of the GMC Acadia. The Acadia is handsome on the outside, but it really shines on the inside. Large and roomy, the Acadia can comfortably fit seven and still has room for reasonable amounts of luggage. And the attention to detail on the dash and the upscale materials show General Motors new-found focus on interior quality. GMC Sierra Review - Kelley Blue Book
FOR PRICING & SPECS ON THIS CAR VISIT: http://kbb.com/KBB/NewCars/GMC_Sierra%201500%20Crew%20Cab.aspx GMC Sierra. GM introduced completely redesigned light-duty Chevy Silverados and GMC Sierras in late 2006 to much-anticipated fanfare. This time around the GMC pickups arent just Chevrolets with different grilles and badges. And thats doubly the case with the upscale Denali. Welcome to our comprehensive Kelley Blue Book review of the GMC Sierra Denali. GMCs goal was to offer a vehicle with a torsionally stiff chassis, precise steering and a quiet, upscale interior—and thats exactly what the Sierra delivers. As the fraternal twin of the Chevrolet Silverado, the new GMC Sierra separates itself from its GM brother in looks, while sharing the same architecture and engine choices. The Denali is the upscale, virtually all-inclusive version of the truck, complete with its own exclusive 400-horsepower engine. Even the Brady Bunch had one. Then in the 1980s minivans and SUVs took over the role of family hauler. Just when its days seemed numbered rising gas prices infused the humble wagon with a new lease on life. These days vehicles that a combine a car-like ride with truck-like room and functionality are called crossovers but make no mistake, they are successors to the station wagons dynasty. And that's the car that Nathan reviews in another fun and informative TFLcar 0-60 MPH review. So how does the new Ford Fusion drive, handle and do at the pump? 2014 Ford Fusion Energi Plug In Hybrid Review and Road Test
Check out my other videos! http://vid.io/xqoB Who is Alex? Find out here! http://vid.io/xqoF Want a fuel-sipping, tree-hugging sedan with stunning good looks *and* carpool lane access with only one person in the car? Ford thinks they have the answer in the 2014 Ford Fusion Energi plug-in hybrid sedan. Can jamming bigger battery and a gasoline/electric drivetrain behind Ford's sexy grille continue the love affair the press has had with Ford's world-car? More importantly, can this Ford hybrid live up to its EPA numbers? Let's find out. Exterior The new Fusion is as striking as the old one was bland. Up front we have an Aston-Martin inspired grille, angry headlamps and a tastefully reserved quantity of chrome. Out back we have a less daring rear end that some of my friends thought looked "unfinished" as if Ford just cut the sausage to the desired length. The stubby tail makes parallel parking a bit easier since it's easy to know where your Fusion ends but I suspect rear-end repairs will be more costly than sedans with a more traditional bumper protrusion. The aggressive looks from the Optima and Fusion are refreshing in a segment full of humdrum slab sides and unrestrained chrome bling. I find the new Accord elegant in a 1990s Lexus sort of way, but the large green house screams family sedan. Toyota seems to have mated an edgy nose with refrigerator flat door panels to create a Camry that's far from ugly but also far from sexy. Meanwhile VW's Passat TDI strikes a very conservative pose with a large horizontal grille and segment-standard slab sides. Interior The new Fusion's cabin has a level of refinement normally associated with European brands, and that makes sense since our Fusion is their Mondeo. The fit and finish in our tester was excellent with perfect seams and substantial feeling controls. While the new tiller doesn't get soft split-grain leather like the new Accord, Ford's new button arrangements are easier to use, easier to reach and feel better built than the wheel in the C-MAX and Escape. Like other Fusion models, most Hybrids sitting on the lot will look as if they were carved out of a single piece of black plastic. Selecting the tan cloth or the [seemingly] rare tan leather interior helps the interior feel warmer but there's no way to avoid the large expanse of black that is the dashboard, carpet and large portion of the doors. If you love tan, keep in mind the Titanium comes only in black. 2013 Ford Fusion vs Nissan Altima 0-60 MPH Mile High Matchup Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The new 2013 Ford Fusion and the new 2013 Nissan Altima directly compete for the same car buyer. They are both four door mid-sized family sedans that have gotten bigger for 2013. They both get the exact same EPA MPG but that is where the similarities end. The Fusion we tested has a turbo-charged ecoBoost 4 cylinder engine mated to a traditional 6-speed transmission and all-wheel-drive. While the Nissan Altima gets a bigger 6-cylinder mated to a CVT transmission. In another fun and informative 0-60 MPH TFLcar review, we compare both cars to see not only which one is faster but which one it the better buy.
