150cc GY6 Scooter - 1/4 Mile Track EDIT

50cc moped with 80cc (87.9cc)
2009 Roketa Maui (MC08) 4-stroke 49.5cc moped with 81.3cc bore kit. Sold as of 10/31/10. Sorry for wrong description. It was a 52mm bore, 87.9cc big bore kit. At the time of original posting, all i could remember that it was a $100 kit from scrappy dog scooters dot com. Head shaved and ported and cone air filter. That was it. Stock carb and stock exahust. I wasn't done building before i sold it.

Evil 200cc GY6 engine - example for ruckus owners
Visited the RRGS factory and took out one of their 10 year old moth balled project bikes. It happens to have the very GY6 i will be building for the ruckus guys. Slightly longer stroke at 4. something mm, which takes the engine towards 200cc. This bike is in a right state (it even has a horrible front end which i believe they still sell for the ruckus!) its also around 20kgs heavier than a ruckus.. Video really doesnt show how fast it is, its very viscous and smooth, i really like it alot, makes a great wheelie engine.

50cc scooter rebuild/upgrade project 1
i have had this scooter sitting around for almost 2 years with an unknown motor problem, finely have gotten off my a*s to rebuild it, plans are a 85cc big bore kit, fix any brake problems, thenonce running a new carb jetng, Exhaust and intake filter, new roler bearings and clutch. used to be able to do 50 around town and the parts are super cheep on these gy6 clones so why not have some fun with it.

Scooter/Trike Mercedes V8 exhaust
As an experiment, my good friend Big Dave decided to fit the Exhaust backbox from a V8 mercedes to his trike. Quite an unusual vehicle, which already had the sports Exhaust fitted. The sound pressure was so high it messed up the camera microphone at times! Also, as the DVLA class the Fuoco as a Car, he needs no helmet.
