1972 FORD MAVERICK GRABBER - COMPLETELY REDONE
Ford Maverick's still had a strong showing in the sales department by producing 255,000 units this year. Less than the debut year of 1970, but still bringing a profit to the Ford Motor Co. Mavericks came in a 2 door fastback sedan, a 4 door sedan, and a Grabber fastback sedan with 2 doors. The Grabber model sold 35,347 units and sold at the dealer for around $2,300, $400 less than ta base Mustang. Maverick engines this year include 3 sixes: 170 / 82, 200 / 91, and 250 / 98. The only V8 engine offered is the reliable 302 cid. with 143 horses. The performance car Grabber had the tape stripes and the hood scoops. This Grabber has a Ford racing 302 with 345 cubes and a B&M shifter. Chrome and paint are great as well as the graphics. Once again, show cars are packed tightly together and limits the visual of this Grabber in this video. But, I hope you enjoy this rare Grabber thank you very much for viewing.
