Walter Röhrl e Christian Geistdörfer regressaram a Portugal para participar na reconstituição de uma das suas participações míticas no Rali de Portugal, a edição de 1980. A dupla, uma das mais famosas do Mundial de Ralis e de Rali de Portugal, estiveram em Portugal para reconstruir o feito na edição de 1980 da etapa lusa do Mundial de Ralis, quando no nevoeiro de Arganil, «deram» mais de quatro minutos a Markku Alen na luta pela vitória. A ideia surgiu do conhecido produtor de filmes alemão, Helmut Deimel, que decidiu reconstituir essa fantástica história. The last evolution of the car (1984) is moved by a supercharged 2.1 liter 4-cylinder engine which was able to produce around 320 bhp at 8000 rpm and a max torque of 333 Nm at 5500 rpm.
