Drag Racing Meeting Christchurch NZ Feb 2013
This is the video footage I took at the local Drag racing run by Pegasus Bay Drag Racing Club here in Christchurch New Zealand. 8.0 run by the Nissan Laurel and a 7.7 by the Chevy powered Honda were 2 of the highlights while a collision which caused a roll over was bad luck but the driver of the rolled car was only a bit sore. Mazda RX3 (Godfather) & Datsun 1200 drag race.
Mazda RX3 almost hits the wall. The RX3 is known as the Godfather, it runs a 20B rotary engine. The other car in the race is a Datsun 1200 ute from Jett Racing, fitted with a Mitsubishi 4G63. Action was captured at Jamboree 2011 @ WSID (Western Sydney International Dragway) Eastern Creek, N.S.W. Australia.
Racewaypark N J Wheel Standers Part One
This video was shot at Raceway Park 8/14/09 friday night the cars had to run with mufflers and they still sounded loud LOL It Was nice to see and record Artie's Race Car. A friend we use to hang out with years ago. The Brooklyn school of drag racing. I had not been to Raceway park since I raced Stephanie 71 Challenger back in the 70s so this was a big treat for me.I Hope you Enjoyed the video. loading after world of wheels. this is an all original don hardy Mustang ii pro stock driven by mike schmitt. it is exactly as it was when it last raced in 1980. 377 inch cleveland and a 4spd lenco. the only thing changed in 30+ years is the frt tires and batteries.
