2008 Toyota Solara Switchblade Key and Engine Immobilizer demo
Showing the finished product of the switchblade key I got from
www.ikeyless.com. They carry all sorts of keys and remotes for most cars,
including factory transponder keys, remotes, aftermarket remotes, along
with switchblade keys and slide keys. This video also shows the purpose of
the engine immobilizer
Adding an Auxillary Input to a Toyota JBL Stereo
How to hack an Aux input on a Toyota JBL Stereo from a 1999 Toyota Solara.
Model # Fujitsu Ten 122000-09200101 or Toyota part number 86120-AA020.
Also illustrates the process of removing and installing the stereo from a
97-01 Camry and 99-03 Solara.
The hack relies on being able to trace the output from the tape deck to the
equalizer. Solder two R&L wires to the output pins of the equalizer chip,
which in this case was clearly labeled on the motherboard. Use a 3.5mm
stereo extension to route the wires outside the stereo into the console,
where you can connect an MP3 player, phone, bluetooth headset, iPod or
Enable the tape or FM radio mode to open the auxiliary port. Mine will
automatically over-ride the audio coming from the FM source. The tape head
can be disconnected to remove static.
Infiniti FX50S R1 Concepts Rotors
Brakes from Akebono (ceramic), rotors from R1 Concepts (slotted/drilled)
and wheel package from Discount Tire Direct (285/40r22) from Zack.

Tank Smashes Prius! Toyota Prius Battles AMC Gremlin & Suffers Crushing Defeat - Roadkill Ep. 17
On this episode of Roadkill, a tank squashes a Prius to smithereens! It
runs over that junk without even noticing. That's all you really need to
know about this episode of Roadkill, but if you jump straight to the tank
carnage you'll miss a bunch of cool stuff. Like when Freiburger and
Finnegan attempt a shootout between a Toyota Prius hybrid and a '75 AMC
Gremlin, trying to prove that the Gremmie is more of a greenie. It was all
fun and games until the Prius engine let go on the race track in a ball of
flame. Because Roadkill. After that, you've gotta see the guys once again
embrace their own Kryptonite: flat-towing. Yup, as it turns out, dragging a
dead Prius with a lighter, smaller Gremlin ends real badly. But in the end,
the Prius is wafer thin and the Gremlin's still on the road. Still want to
jump right to the tank smash? Don't be that guy.
Roadkill appears every fourth Friday on the Motor Trend channel.
