Dash Head gasket replacement review
A review of a gasket replacment.
This video just shows what can be the result of a UNTUNED, unset timing
lock on a new ecu conversion. I decided not to touch aqnything on the
handset cos its just to compliocated. I basically didnt have the engine set
as microtech ecu instrctions: Timing lock feature etc.
TYhis just shows that you can blow a headgasket without Boost. This footage was done just after the
previous video was made.
I removed the cylinder head under 25min.A compression test revealed:
Cyl 1 & 2: 150psi
Cyl 3 & 4: 50psi
Knowing it was the ehad gasket, i decided that it was time tio install my
new metal headgasket that will seal Boost and everything alot better.
In this video, you heard a 2 cylinder engine spooling a 57mm inducer bladed
equipted turbocharger, so just fathom
what it could do when all 4 cylinders are firing, mu ah ha.
SINGLE CAM DASH POWERRRRRR. See, the king doesnt need a vr4 waste of time
engine, cos i can whoop vr4 cordias anyday. Even if you have a EVO engine
cordia, your just gonna suffer as bad, cos i make shame to you people.
I dont need twincam, reason why you people do it is cos youse dont know how
to have a fast single cam cordia. Well mine were eat that.
I had a stock internakl dash engine, stock ecu and turbo and i ate vr4 cordias, so imagine what i can

A rundown on my Monsetr Multipoint cordia status.
The turbo i recently fitted had a 57mm
inducer blade side, it had a .63 rear but with a ceramic turbine wheel. The
ceramic wheel was bothering me cos it may not last as l;ong as i want it

Just so you can fathom of how powerfull and performing my DASH monster is,
The evo accelerated away, THEN, i followed, and if you look really good,
when i did START to follow, i was glued to the evo, i actually was able to
gain distance, but i had to back off cos of Boost loss.
fathom that: The evo Boosted away
fully, than half a second later, i started, and when i did, i gained my
ground, only till i had to back off due to Boost loss.
Similar like constant POP OFF VALVE OPERATION.
I would like to regard this footage as the 1ST potential proof of what my
cordia can do. Trust me, more will come in due time.
Talk about wrong time of doing experiments on my cordia.
Basically this was done approximatly last year or so, i had thought and
thinkied about to post it or not, so basically i have decided to post it.
Reason so i can show what my cordia could do, EVEN WHEN it was loosing Boost, when Boosting, so basically it will show its
Its just unfortunate that i was fiddling around with the GFB bov and its
spring tension, basically i was testing the tention for its bov venting
function. its unfortunate that i left it to SOFT, and it was open whilst on
Boost, so basically, this makes the
car as if its not a Boosted engine
The engine was making roughly 7-9 psi Boost and or less. This video shows what my
cordia COULD do when it is Boosting
I was adjusting the tension by adding washers so the bov tension was stiff,
so it wouldnt open quickly and givbe me that loud noise, plus i tried so it
didnt oopen to easy to give me the loud Pshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh noise etc.
There was no point in me pushing the car at like 7-8 psi Boost, cos afterall, it woul;dnt push any more
Boost, so basically, it would be a
waste keeping accelerating etc. But as you saw, even with the little Boost i had and the EVO JUMP STARTING
THE RACE, i still managed to glue to his car and lot him accelerate away,
UNTIL i backed off. Now imagine i had all the Boost i needed and we started off dead even,
guess who would win. YES ME.

And if your thinking, YES, i was mad as hell that i just happen to stuff
around with the blow off valve on that partiqular night and me going for a
test drive and have a very good opportunity to show how i whoop evos. in
this vid you only saw like 30% of what my cordia can do.

The Red Cordia been in the shed for almost a year. Engine is now running.
also gave it a much needed wash and polish, and she didn't scrub up to bad.
Its getting there slowly.

unique car that just didn't get much love in the sales area.

Nitrous Cordia part 1
The system is a Zex wet Nitrous kit, and
also purge kit, fully fitted by me, very easy to install, nos jets are
55hp,65hp and 75hp. There is a 10 pound bottle and the zex purge kit too,
the Nitrous shoots approx 1.5 meters in
the air and its very loud, i have yet to make another Nitrous video soon, so stay tuned.

Mitsubishi Cordia Japanese TV commercial - 1981
Jacqueline Hekneby in a Japanese TV commercial for Mitsubishi Cordia from
1981 while working 2 months in Tokyo, age 20. It took 18 hours to shoot,
starting 6am. Not a word of English was spoken between us. The outfit,
including the boots was designed and made to measure, and I had to go on a
months Kick Boxing course with tiny Japanese guys to prepare, not that it
helped after hours of high kicks... I was Exhausted! The gun was actually loaded in the
first shot and I blow up the set in the back ground by accident, leaving me
(and "James Bond") in total shock. They had to rebuild the set so didn´t

The car is literally ready for Dyno tuning, it has the right turbo setup, it has the right fuel injector
setup, all is go, just tuning is required.
As you can see and hear, the engine is over fuelling, thats why the tuning
is most important and needy to get the engine running 100%.
The LTX8 ecu was previously used on a 300kw highly modified engine, it had
800cc injectors. Right now the car has Evo 8 560cc injectors, so yeah the
ecu needs tuning.
It wont be long before its race ready, just give me a bit more time.
INLET MANIFOLD PLENUM INFO:
In my experience, i have seen and heard a few people doing multipoint
conversions on their 1.8 litre engines. The problem with this and from what
i have seen is that these people have used wrong type intake manifolds. The
main problem was plenum chamber choice. People have used the intake
manifold from a single cam lancer which is from a 1.6 litre engine. In
relation to plenum chamber size, the optimal size for a plenum chamber
should be same volume as a engine or better.
For example: I have a high power 2.0 dash engine, why would i be stupid
like other people and fit a pissy small 1.6 litre intake manifold setup,
2 litre engine: 2litre+ plenum chamber size.
The problem is that people undersize their plenum chamber, thats not a good
The plenum/intake manifold i have is from a mitsubishi car and its a 2.4
litre engine, i wont say from what car or model, YOU FIND OUT yourselves.
There is no way on earth would i fit a pissy small 1.6 litre induction
system on my MONSTER MULTIPOINT CORDIA, MMC.
Yes, i'm running four EVO 8 560cc injectors.
To those people say that you have to run 8 injectors to have a multipoint
cordia, pfffff. NO BRAINS OR SKILLS.
You do the homework and find out yourself.
REMEMBER: I was quoted $3000 from a performanmce workshop to make a
multipoint/ecu conversion on my engine.
STUFF THAT, so i did it myself and look at the results, i have done it all
AND NO, i aint gonna explain how i did it, all i can say that if you were
to do what i did, expect to spend at least 336 hours or MORE to get this
1 more thing: 2 days after i filmed this footage, it was found out that the
engine was running on 2 cylinders only.
Cylinder 1 & 2: 150psi
Cylinder 3 & 4: 50psi
The cause was a blown headgasket between cylinders 3 and 4. So get that.
The engine sounded like a monster with 2 cylinders, imagine when all 4 are
firing. Mu ha ha ha ha
