Stop Motion Alloy Wheel Respray
A time lapse of my buddy respraying one Skyline R34GTT alloy wheel in Montana spray paint purple :)
This was also done to practice hand held stop motion, as I have a much bigger project being planned, coming soon :)

I've done a colour change on the wheels of my Abarth using Plasti Dip, a spray that once it's dry it creates a coat of rubber that you can easily remove whenever you want. You can see me working with Plasti Dip on one wheel showing you the process of spraying, at the end the before/after the colour change.

"Rustoleum wheel paint" This paint lays down smoother than any other paint I have ever used. I use 1 can of paint per wheel and 1 full can of clear for each wheel. Thin coats at first, then heavier coats makes the finished product look great. This is "Rustoleum wheel paint", and the primer is "self etching primer". The paint is "graphite" color.

RC Custom Wheel time attack Painting on HPI wheels
Painting time attack line on the HPI wheels for one of my client. The original wheels were black. but it was badly painted in white color. So I had to clean the old paint off of the wheel, prep them, painted everything in white first then added the time attack line.

Hey guys this is a little (crammed) 10 minute tutorial on how to paint your own rims AT HOME on your own. I've already did this once to my car a year ago but I grinded on a few curbs since then so I'm repainting them this year.
YOU WILL NEED:
- Duplicolor Paint (for rims only)
- Duplicolor Prep wipe
- Masking Tape
- Lots of news papers
- Car Soap
- A Jack
- Optional: A spare
- (for me) 5 hours
The Duplicolor paint can be found at any autozone store for JUST $5 BUCKS! You can read more about it and watch their own tutorial here:

The Basics in the nutshell:
- Remove wheels
- Clean wheels hardcore
- Wipe dry with paper towel
- (optional) sun dry
- Mask off area
- Wipe with duplicolor prepwipe
- Paint color then clear
- Dry to touch in 1 hour
- Drivable in 24 hours

In this video I'll show you how to paint the wheels of you car in virtually any color you like. Also skip step 6 if you want a flat black look.
IMPORTANT: Paint cannot take any kind of damage or else the paint will chip off. So when you are removing the wheel (future tire rotation) make sure you are careful.

"How to Paint rims with Rustoleum" wheel paint part 1
Here's the first part of how I prepare and prime the rims getting ready to apply the rustoleum wheel paint. This paint is great. I am using "rustoleum wheel paint", and "self etching primer", it is "Graphite" color. This wheel paint flows excellent and levels itself quickly. The results are not bad at all for a "rustoleum paint job.
