1996 Cougar XR7 - PI Build/Swap w/ Magnaflow Exhaust System
This is a video of the start up of my built up ported PI engine, the Exhaust system, and a short drive off. This build took about a year in total, gathering parts, rebuilding the heads and putting it all together. I still need to get it Dynotuned but that will be for later on. It runs on 94 octane as I want to avoid pinging until i get a tune done. It was fun to see it all come together. Was a lot of work but I never gave up on the project. The Audio level is different in some clips as I used a different camera for them.

1996 Mercury Cougar Update - Ball Joint Repair - Upper and Lower Control Arms
This is an update on our 1996 Mercury Cougar that has a couple broken ball
joints. It's been a long while since the car broke, but I've finally
decided to put it back on the road. I'm replacing both the upper and lower
control arms, as well as the tie rod end and sway bar end link. I just
wanted to let you know that I'm finally getting around to repairing it.
The car still seems to run just fine despite sitting for quite a while.
Thanks for watching!

67-68 Cougar Buying Guide: What To Look For
In this video, Don does a detailed inspection on a 1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7
to show some of the things you should look for when buying one of these
classic cars. Some of the insight here can potentially save you hundreds,
even thousands, when you go to negotiate with a seller. Also, it will help
those of you trying to sell, to more accurately advertise the strengths and
weaknesses of your car.
We've also done a similar video with a 1970 Cougar convertible, so you may
want to check that out too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fizb2vo68vA

Front Suspension & Chassis Upgrades - '68 Cougar / Mustang
In this video, we show some of the ways you can easily stiffen your car's
chassis and upgrade your front suspension. Using Andrew's '68 Cougar as a
guinea pig, we bolt on, and weld on, some simple parts that will make a big
difference in reducing the torsional flex that these front ends are prone
to, as well as improving the integrity of the shock towers.
