Viggen Automated Clutch
Power assisted / push button clutch! I had this setup in my -78 99 it was a necessity after ruining my knee. Little harder to do in my 9-3 Viggen but still nice. This is the basic first step. Eventually will be microprocessor controlled with a pressure sensor in the pedal. Co2 tank in the trunk and adapted a microswitch to the shift lever. Has adjustable return rate with full speed down. Little harder getting used to it with the twin disk Quartermaster 7.25" race clutch and superlight flywheel. More info @ TrollTuner.com My answer to Saabs Sensonic that did not come to the USA.
VigDark Dyno
Viggen Dark stretches its legs for the first time on the Dyno. Just some low power... MId300s runs with conservative rev limit. For tonight. ;)
Viggen on the Dyno Dyno run at Carburetor and Fuel Injection Connection in Kirkland, Jan. 9, 2010 on a Dynojet. 2002 Saab 9-3 Viggen, engine mods are GS 3" downpipe and cat, and an open air intake. Made 245 hp and 290 ft-lbs.

ENGINE: Fully built from a 2005 250hp B235R, Wossner forged pistons (coated), H beam forged rods, special bearing and bushings, balanced and calibrated pistons-rods-stroker, reinforced headbolts, metallic gaskets, plasma coated block.
New waterpump, pulley and belt tensioner, upgraded power steering, reinforced engine/transmission mounts.
Upgraded clutch wit a carboceramic, new flywheel, upgraded and reinforced transmission internals.
The car have a GPS with Traffic Service, GSM/GPRS/WAP, with a Becker Online Pro, Kef&Kenwood hi.hend speakers.
AEM UEGO AFR LAMBDA READER, turbo gauge, BIXENON HEADLIGHTS....
All sensors, solenoids etc. has ben changed when the work was done (May 2009)

Saab 9-3 Aero insane exhaust sound
MY2000 Saab 9-3 Aero. Mods: Wössner Forged Pistons, Mitsubishi TD04HL-19T turbo, Abbott Racing 3" Downpipe with 200cpi Racecat, Exhaust with only rear Muffler, FORGE Intercooler, FORGE BOV, BSR Optiflow Air Filter with Heatshield, Taliaferro Intake Pipe, 3,5bar Fuel Pressure Regulator and a pretty Custom Tune.
Boost Pressure max. 1,45bar
HP: not yet enough
Torque: 410nm
