After the success of the first American Touge, (go to http://gtchannel.com for more car videos and content) we conducted an open casting call for US tuner cars to appear in the sequel AT2 to be tested and driven to the limits touge style by Keiichi "Drift King" Tsuchiya and his sidekick Yasuyuki Kazama. 33 cars divided into 4 different classes were chosen to battle it out to challenge last year's "Touge Monster", Comptech NSX. Hotties Kazumi Kondo and Verena Mei co-host the show. Cars were divided into NA RWD, turbo RWD, FR and AWD classes. Promising contenders from the first American Touge such as Hasport, Top Setup, Techno Toy Tuning, Vishnu and XS Engineering were there to avenge the Touge Monster title. Cars from grade A tuners such as the Mullerized EVO and AEM Civic Si were newly chosen along with several privateers with hopes they may have some surprises.

SNOWY ICY Off-Road Review | 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander on Everyman Driver
http://www.everymandriver.com/ - SNOWY ICY Off-Road Review: 2015 @mitsucars Outlander @EverymanDriver @IMDaveErickson For the 2015 Outlander, Mitsubishi's "Fuse" voice command system and Bluetooth are now standard. There are also small styling updates to the front fascia, along with minor changes to standard and optional equipment. Introduction Lately, crossover SUVs have become the renaissance men of the car world, providing a good measure of capability in all categories. They're great for family vacations, carpools and transporting the kids while also being more comfortable and fuel-efficient than traditional truck-based SUVs. The Mitsubishi Outlander is no newcomer to this segment, and the 2015 model benefits from a redesign that occurred just last year. The problem with this Mitsubishi, however, is that it doesn't excite or excel in any particular category. To its credit, the 2015 Outlander with its base four-cylinder engine gets above-average gas mileage for the segment, and when we tested the V6 all-wheel-drive GT model, we found it to have decent acceleration and a somewhat comfortable cabin. Other selling points for the Outlander are its lengthy warranty and available third-row seat. That third row is pretty cramped, but if this is a feature you want, the Outlander is one of the few vehicles in its class to offer it. Evaluated elsewhere, though, the 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander is pretty average. In an Exhaustive Edmunds.com test, we gave the Outlander a "C" rating. Competitors typically offer quicker acceleration, higher levels of comfort on long road trips and better build quality. The Honda CR-V, for instance, is more refined and comfortable. We also recommend checking out the 2015 Mazda CX-5, 2015 Ford Escape and Toyota RAV4, all of which are great choices. The Nissan Rogue is another worthy contender, as it has an available third row of seating. With so many options for crossover SUVs, we definitely recommend that you check out the competition before settling on a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander. Body Styles, Trim Levels, and Options The 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander is a seven-passenger crossover SUV that comes in three different trim levels: the base ES, midrange SE and GT. The ES comes standard with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, 16-inch steel wheels, heated mirrors, rear privacy glass, full power accessories, automatic climate control, a 60/40-split-folding second-row seat that slides and reclines, a 50/50-split third-row seat, Mitsubishi's "Fuse" voice command system (for phone and audio control), Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, tilt-and-telescoping steering column, cruise control and a six-speaker sound system with a CD player and an iPod/USB interface. Stepping up to the SE gets you 18-inch alloy wheels, foglights, keyless ignition and entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, leatherette (premium vinyl) upholstery, a rearview camera and an upgraded audio system with a 6-inch touchscreen display and HD radio. The GT further adds the 3.0-liter V6, all-wheel drive and a few more luxuries such as automatic xenon headlights, LED taillights, shifter paddles, wood interior panels, rain-sensing wipers and satellite radio. The SE and GT models can be had with a Premium option package that includes a sunroof, roof rails, a power liftgate, leather upholstery, a power driver seat and a nine-speaker Rockford Fosgate surround-sound audio system with satellite radio. A Touring package available for the SE and GT trims bundles all of the above with rain-sensing wipers, a voice-operated navigation system, a larger 7-inch touchscreen display and adaptive cruise control with a collision warning and mitigation system and lane-departure warning. Stand-alone options for the Outlander include rear parking sensors, remote ignition and a rear-seat entertainment system. 2014 New Car Buyer's Guide: Top 10 Sedans and SUVs Reviewed: Buy it here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LZ8R1SK Rudy Project Sunglasses 25% Off at this link: http://bit.ly/rudy-emd Enter the code 'EMD' during checkout at http://www.xx2i.com/ to receive a 50% discount! More car videos on http://gtchannel.com. Ride on the bumper of a screaming 910hp, Twin-turbo, All-wheel Drive, 150 mph Suzuki SX4 as it races up one of the world's most dangerous hills. An attempt by the "Monster" to break his own record of 10:01:41...For the fifth consecutive time, Nobuhiro "Monster" Tajima combined experience, skill and Falken Tires to claim overall victory in the 88th running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Although he did not set a new Pikes Peak record, one day before his 60th birthday, Tajima continues to hold the current overall record forreaching the peak, beating hill climb veterans Paul Dallenbach and Rhys Millen in the Unlimited Class. He drove his new 910-hp MonsterSport Suzuki SX4 Hill Climb Special on Falken Wild Peak A/T tires, the powerful new line of all-terrain, all-season tires Falken launched this past April. Following Exhaustive tests in a Japanese wind tunnel facility, Monster's 2010 Pikes Peak race car underwent extensive aerodynamic changes to better adapt to the modified road surface on the race to the clouds, which assumed a smoother tarmac and less gravel than last year. Thinning air ascending the mountain robs most motors of their power by 30 or more percent, but the increase in horsepower over last year's race car helped push the driver forward.
