Note: Okay, I later found out what was wrong with the car and some day I'm gonna Dyno it again. Local Subaru Club had a Dyno day and I decided to throw my SVX on the rollers. Results are not even near of what they should be. I don't what's wrong but on the road car feels responsive and accelerates as it should. (Footage is crazy shaky because it was very cold a day to begin with and then there was these huge blowers to cool the cars). http://svxproject.blogspot.com/

SVX For Sale: Walk Through
I made this video to show some of the rough spots a potential buyer wants to see on my car. If it was a true walk-through it'd be much longer and highlight the huge array of special little quirks and features the SVX possesses, but this is just to show the main bits that a used-car-buyer would look for. In the scenes where I'm driving, the windows are open in order to hear the clicking CV joints and the power steering/rev whine, just in case you wondered why the road noise was so pronounced. It's pretty quiet in there when the windows are all up-- nice sound insulation. I shot this with a Sony FX1, but unfortunately the video is so long I couldn't upload the cut-version at an HD resolution...I'll have a really short-but-cool promo up in the next day or two that has 1080 HD resolution, though.

SVX Tribute - Fast & Furious
Well out of sheer boredom in a few classes, i started taking the raw footage from my "Pretender" video and decided to recut it, with absolutely no additional footage, into a new video. This video also feel remarkably different, it's pretty cool considering it's just recycled footage, but it just goes to show the variety you can have with such things. The audio is exactly as it's heard in the Original "The Fast & the Furious" movie when Paul Walker's character is messing with his Mitsubishi Eclipse in the Dodger Stadium parking lot. The car sounds are right off the soundtrack, for authenticity's sake, i had to say something because my Flat-6 sounds sooooo much better then that little turbo four banger haha. Anywho this was purely made for boredom's sake but it's a decent job, i'm no F&F fanboy, just in case you wondered.

Turbo 5spd Subaru SVX at the track
Phil's turbo SVX 5spd running only 3.5 lbs of Boost, turning pretty decent 14.5 second tmes. Keep in mind most SVXs run mid to high 15s, or low 16s! They were NOT built for the track, they were designed as highway bruisers, NOT street racers. :) So knocking a full 1.5-2 seconds of the stock time is pretty good. :)
