Just a quick start up of my brothers 1985 chevette.
Seems to start up well. Haven't driven it myself yet so not sure how it drives but maybe I'll get a video of that some time.

Transmission is good.
All Glass is good.
All electrical is good.
Rears tires replace a few years ago.
I am the second owner. Purchased it 3 years ago from a Canada post office for my daughter.
Runs great.
As you can see it is missing the front grill.
Has a small knocking on the top end. AC works but has a leak to attend to. Headliner needs some attention.

Anyways here's a crappish walk around of my brothers 1985 Chevy Chevette.
Basically me having a hard time unlocking the door, pushing random buttons and knobs and trying to figure out how to shut off the whipers.
1978 Chevrolet Chevette - Dealership Film
1978 was the third model year for this small car and a promotional film was shown in some Chevrolet dealerships to prospective buyers. This was the last model year for a Monojet carburetor, 2-piece grille, and round headlights. "Chevette: It's got a lot going for you!"
Chevette Warm Up
nice weather out, so i decided to fre it up and move it out to wash and put the recently polished hubcaps back on, all the big stuff is done now, new clutch, combo drum brake kit, wheel cylinder, master cylinder, all new pads/shoes, rotors and new calipers/brake hoses. Now to start saving for a decent small block (but first i need to find a job xD)

This is a VERY nice little car and yes there is only 23,000 Original miles. If your llooking for a little gas sipping car this is it this car is as neat as it getss from the video you will see the misc dings etc Nothing needs to be done to the car it is a nice car and it just needs to be driven thi inside is as clean as it gets it is quite a time machine. My new $50 Chevette
I picked up this '86 Chevette from a friend of mine for $50. He said it ran quite poorly and was a pain to drive. Really...?
The only thing I've done to this car so far is clean the junk out of it. Mechanically, I have yet to touch it. There are a couple of minor issues with it, such as the door not closing properly and the broken door handle. Other than that, it works great!

1984 Diesel Chevette Cold Start
Cold start of my 1984 Diesel Chevette at 12F. Car has been sitting unused for quite some time now, and started only occasionally every couple of months. No fuel additives and the new ULSD makes for poor injection pump performance during this cold start.
