1974 Chevy Vega Hatchback Wht
In remarkable condition! Surprisingly, it has A/C too...it has escaped the rust demons. The engine on these cars gave the car a bad start...most problems were corrected by 1974 except the tendency to rust badly. The direct competition would be the Ford Pinto.

1976 Chevrolet Vega Prostreet
Up for sale in our Tampa showroom is a very sporty 1976 Chevrolet Vega. The Chevrolet Vega is a subcompact automobile that was produced by the Chevrolet division of General Motors (GM) from 1970 to 1977. Available in two-door hatchback, notchback, wagon, and panel delivery body styles, all models were powered by an in-line four cylinder with a lightweight, aluminum alloy cylinder block. This 1976 Chevrolet Vega has been Pro Street Modified and is packing a lot more under the hood that the little in-line four cylinder it rolled off the factory floor with. This 76 Vega comes equipped with a beastly 383 CID V8 that is linked to a smooth shifting 700 R4 automatic transmission with Tim Moye Cryo Input Red Clutch topped with a Hurst Pro Matic shifter. This 76 Vega is also sporting a 10 bolt Posi Eaton Locken with Moslen axles with 3:42 gears with a 2500 RPM stall converter. Providing the air and fuel is a Holley Red electric fuel pump joined to a Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake. This 76 Vega is still street legal and will definitely shock any unsuspecting competition that might pull up on you at the traffic light. Although this Vega looks and sounds like it is ready for the track it also comes equipped with ice cold air conditioning to help beat the summer heat. Options include: A/C, AM/FM radio, power brakes, vinyl interior, aluminum/alloy weld racing wheels wrapped in radial raised white letter tires. This is a lot of power packed into this screaming yellow 76 Vega and all this can be yours with one simple phone call. To see more HD pictures and video please visit GatewayClassicCars.com.
