1974 BMW 2002 with 85 318i Fuel Injected Engine
This vid got more interest than I thought so I'll give a little background. Basically, the engine was pulled from an 85 318. It was MUCH smoother than the old M10 that was in there. It's an easy swap too, just fits right in.
The first guy that test drove it was amazed and bought it on the spot for full asking price. It's a great engine for this car.
BMW 318i (E30) "drifting" FUN
Video s "driftováním" od jednoho mého známého. V té době se jednalo o BMW 318i, E30, 1.8, 75 kW, 102 koní, r.v. 85. (prosím, nebrat to příliš vážně!) ;)
Video with "drifting" from one of my buddy. It was BMW 318i at that time, E30, 1.8, 75 kW, 102 PS, year '85. (please, do not take it too seriously!) ;)
E36 Front Control Arm Replacement (BMW E46 E30)
Parts + support provided by: http://www.fcpeuro.com/
See the layout of the front suspension on the BMW 3-series (and many others of course) to better plan your control arm replacement. Video lists the essential tools required.
Other great resources:
- Ball joint to cross member 85 Nm / 62 ft-lb
- Ball joint to steering arm 65 Nm / 48 ft-lb
- Bushing carrier (lollipop) to body 47 Nm / 34 ft-lb
- Sway bar drop link (M8) 42 Nm / 31 ft-lb
- Wheel to hub 100 +-10 Nm / 74 +-7 ft-lb
E36 front suspension familiarization:
The front suspension is designed with minimum positive offset. This geometry contributes to stability when traction is unequal from side to side. [...] The control arm mounting points are designed with anti-dive geometry. The suspension reduces the normal tendency for the front of the vehicle to dive under hard braking.

2014 Nissan GT-R vs. BMW M6 0-60 MPH Mile High Mashup Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2014 Nissan GT-R is perhaps the world's best supercar bargain and the flagship car for the Japanese Nissan brand. The BMW M6 is also a flagship for the BMW and represents the most power and technology the German Car maker can cram into a sports car. Both cars are very similar in many important ways. They both have two doors, two turbos and four seats. The both have dual clutch transmissions and they both both have superb engines that produce over 500 HP. But the while the M5 uses a roaring V8 the Nissan GT-R makes do with a hand-built six cylinder. So which of these monster machines is faster to 60 MPH and which one is the better car. Check out another fun and informative TFLcar video Mashup video review as we find out.
BMW 2002 First Drive 2/21/09
First spin around the block. Nasty rattle coming from the transmission when the clutch is engaged, but otherwise a nice spin around in first and second gear.
