6BT Turbo Cummins Wrangler TJ
This is my 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ I built from the ground up. It's a 6BT
cummins that eats hemi's all day long while getting double the fuel
mileage. It turned out perfect. You can cruise at 70 mph with a much
better ride then a stock wrangler.
Diesel Jeep Wrangler
1999 Jeep Wrangler with a 4BT Cummins diesel, NV4500 "5"speed and 3.07
gears. We have put 50,000 miles on it after the conversion and it has ran
GREAT!! 28-32 miles per gallon. Total conversion took us 5 weekends to
complete, fit like a glove with a 2.5" lift. Water to air Intercooler (would do a Air to air next
time). At 70 miles per hour the engine is turning about 1800 rpm (checked
with a pulse meter tach.)I use the original jeep transfer case behind the
NV4500, just needed to change input shaft. I was really aiming for the best
mileage when I built this since we both have long freeway commutes to
Jeep Wrangler Diesel
This is a Bruiser Conversions 3.9L Cummins 4BT turbo Diesel conversion in a 2008 Jeep Wrangler.
All the factory features function correctly with the exception of cruise
control. Additionally, at the time of this video, the speedometer still
needed to be calibrated for the tire size and gear ratio, something that
has to happen whenever you increase your tire size on any Wrangler.

Turbo Diesel Mini Bike

This is an idea I've had since I was a kid, and after watching Mike Cberts
Diesel mini bike video I was inspired to put together my own! The frame
has been around since I was 4 years old! At that point it was powered by a
3 hp Briggs and Stratton and is a Fox corporation, Trail Bug probably from
the 60's or early 70's. The engine is a copy of a 10 hp Yanmar single
cylinder Diesel engine and the turbo is
similar to the one on my Honda CX-500 turbo motorcycle. The engine runs at 3,600 rpm
max and top speed so far is 39.3 mph.
Here's a description of 2 stroke & 4 stroke Diesel engines:
S10-Kubota Diesel Conversion
First start of my Kubota V2203 Diesel Engine that I'm putting in a 1996
Chevy S-10 Pickup. I hand built the Accessories Plate (holding the A/C,
P/S, Etc) using all the OEM Chevy components back on the diesel. I added a
Vacuum Pump off a Ford Power Stroke and Dayco pulley products.
CUMMINS TURBO DIESEL 240SX
Alchemy Tuning brings you the world's first turbo-diesel powered 240sx. After 10 years of the
idea floating around, a Cummins 4bt was pulled out of a bread truck and was
swapped into a 1992 Nissan 240sx convertible.
Intercooled for 50psi, 40 city mpg!!!!!!!!!
Build still in progress, full build details still to come
