How to check a wastegate to make sure it functions properly
We are out to prove that the ebay turbo's are just as reliable as the big name turbo's. One consistent issue with them is that the wastegates on them need to be moved and tested before installation. Note that the wastegate arm should not be TOTALLY loose as shown in the video. This is shown in the video just to show the difference between how it was before when it wouldn't open the wastegate and after, when it's been adjusted. This is how to do it.
