2007 cobalt ss/sc stage 3 dyno pull
ZZP Stage 3: heat exchanger, dual pass w/ option b, 2.8" w/ 60#injector, zzp 3" CAI, pacesetter mid length headers 3" ext, ZZP 3" downpipe w/high flow cat xtra o2 bung 3" catback with magnaflow resonator, muffler and tip, all 3".. Bkr8e spark plugs, ZZP front and rear solid rotated tranny mounts, Ingalls engine torque dampner. Ky stage 1 clutch.
This video is before the new tranny mounts and torque damper, planning on going e85 w/ 80# injectors then I will post a new vid with new numbers.

69-4515TS - K&N has designed a performance air intake system for the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Chevrolet (Chevy) Cobalt 2.2L. K&N dynamometer tests show an estimated 6.6 horsepower gain at 4800 RPM with use of this K&N air intake modification. K&N tests multiple vehicles for each air intake system it makes to ensure a consistent horsepower and torque gain. This video demonstrates the steps needed to install a power gaining K&N air intake into 2005 through 2010 Chevrolet (Chevy) Cobalt with the 2.2L engine.

This is a Chevy Cobalt SS 2.0T with complete custom turbo-Back Exhaust system. The odd shaped down-pipe flange had to be custom machined from 3/8" stainless steel. The Exhaust line is 3" from turbo to tip. We used our RAWTEK Triangle Resonator and Muffler.
