1982 Nissan 280ZX Stock #103 - Orlando Showroom
For sale in our Orlando showroom is a 1982 Datsun 280ZX. The 280ZX was a
complete redesign from Nissan focusing on fuel economy and aerodynamics
without sacrificing handling or fun. New design features for the 280ZX
featured independent front and rear suspension, longer wheel base, and
almost 50/50 weight distribution. These handling assets make the 2nd
generation Z cars to be one of the most sought after for track days and
autocross events throughout the country. Powered by a very healthy 2.8l I-6
these Z’s are known for their low end torque and great sounding Exhaust. This particular example comes to us
with only 47k original miles. Drivers of this unique car were greeted with
gages for just about every function on the vehicle and a nifty audible
warning system that speaks to you when something isn’t right. This great
little Z has been very well maintained during its lifetime, recent
maintenance items include, rear differential service, intake plenum
cleaning, new shocks, new poly suspension bushings, new fuel pump, new
water pump, tune up complete with plugs and wires. This Z has the
capability to be a great collector piece for the true Z enthusiast or a
phenomenal canvas for someone wanting to make a serious autocross
contender. Options include, A/C, Power steering, Power brakes, Power
windows, Cruise Control, AM/FM/Cassette, Disc brakes, Cloth Interior.
Located in our Orlando Showroom, this 1982 Nissan 280ZX can be seen

Nissan Project 370Z vs 1970 Datsun 240Z with RB26 Track Battle! - The Downshift Episode 54
Many months ago, Nissan asked their fans to help them create the ultimate
370Z track car. They called it Project 370Z. To put it to the test, Nissan
fans were asked to vote for a challenger to compete against it. They chose
a 1970 Datsun 240Z with an RB26 engine transplant built by Gordon MacSwain.
On this episode of The Downshift, we head to Las Vegas Motor Speedway for
an epic David vs Goliath battle between these two amazing machines.
The Downshift appears every other Tuesday on the Motor Trend channel.

450hp LS1 1978 Datsun 280Z
One of the coolest imports I've had the opportunity to see in action, this
extremely streetable 1978 Datsun 280z takes it's first trip to the drag
strip to do some testing. The car has an LS1 with heads, cam, and FAST
intake manifold putting down around 450 wheel horsepower! Best 1/8 mile
time was 7.11 for the night.

Car has just been painted a gray metalic with the next steps being to put
the car back together with re-chromed bumpers and new weather stripping
around all the windows and doors. To me, this shows the classic body
styling of a sports car that is priced low enough for anyone to buy. See my
other videos for additional pictures of this and my other cars. There are
over 51,000 people that have watched these videos all over the world on
linked sites. This one has been viewed 5000 times. The numbers astound me.

needs to be redone anyway.
Definitive Z: The Limit and Legacy of the Datsun 240Z
John Williams is as hardcore a Datsun as a they come. A relative
late-comer, he embraced the Z culture in the early 1980s. Since then he's
used his skills as a machinist, and passion as an enthusiast, to produce
his own parts for award-winning classics. Among the finest is his silver
240Z, a labor of love for a sports car that changed the West's perception
of what the Japanese could do. Three generations later, the Nissan Z
continues to define the Japan's sports car culture.
Find out why.
