Although Buell is no more the resources to keep your obsolete American
Thumper are available on forums devoted to this make. BadWeb is your first

the Blast can be done in your own garage. There is no need to throw down

2006 Buell Blast - Modified Stock Exhaust
I drilled the stock Exhaust on my 2006
Buell Blast using a 1 5/8" Hole Saw per the insructions from Buell Forums.
I then painted the entire muffler with flat black 2000 degree header paint.
I have not seen a video of the modified stock Exhaust get posted to YouTube yet; so, here it
is! The bike now sounds about twice as loud as it did before and really
screams down the highway! I love the new sound and it reportedly gives you
an additonal 1 HP...for the Blast, this is nothing to scoff at! A special
thanks goes to EZBlast for answering all of my questions! Check out
www.BuellForums.com for all of your Blast needs!
