2006 Buell Blast - Modified Stock Exhaust
I drilled the stock Exhaust on my 2006 Buell Blast using a 1 5/8" Hole Saw per the insructions from Buell Forums. I then painted the entire muffler with flat black 2000 degree header paint. I have not seen a video of the modified stock Exhaust get posted to YouTube yet; so, here it is! The bike now sounds about twice as loud as it did before and really screams down the highway! I love the new sound and it reportedly gives you an additonal 1 HP...for the Blast, this is nothing to scoff at! A special thanks goes to EZBlast for answering all of my questions! Check out for all of your Blast needs!
