MINI CHOPPER 3 day build! brendonv101+Cchange4us
a few weeks ago me and brendon decided i would come up for a few days and build a mini chopper, the ooriginal plan was to use a honda gx 120 but it the rings were gone in it, brendon had an old briggs 2 pony that came off his cart so we used that, the frame is made out of exercise machines and an old mountain bike which we had to extend the forks about 300mm, the tires were found on trash picked bikes and the back one has new rubber. most of the welding was done wit a stick welder and alot of grinding back and re welding. COSTS: wheels: $15 for the back new tire frame: a bit of time to find in hardwaste engine: im not sure what brendon spent on that engine exept for his own time chain: got it for free from one of brendons dads mate nuts and bolts:total was about $5 Exhaust:$10 (galvinised pipe from bunnings) donnor bike: got it for free so you can tell it was a cheap project ..... and a loud one, very loud one

Homemade 33CC Gas/Motorized Bicycle
Been working on it for past 4 days and didnt bother to film because i just want to finish it quick. The engine was off of my POS 33CC bandit Scooter I traded like a week ago and since it was so slow I used the engine on my old bike. The gear box helped alot in the build but after making this vid, the engines head bolts got loose and died about a km from my house LOL!! Luckily there was no major damage and only needed lock tight, new gasket and a honing since there was some small scoring on the Exhaust side because it was running lean. Max speed is 20MPH/30KM

6.5hp Chopper bike
Skip to 1:30 to watch it run. This is a schwinn stingray bicycle fabricated to hold a 6.5hp 196cc harbor freight engine. The engine is great and you cant beat it with $100. It normally reaches 50mph but I have topped out at 55mph by leaning forward. -schwinn stingray -hf 6.5hp greyhound engine -engine mount plate w/ support bars welded to frame -motorized bicycle gas tank (ebay) -72t #35 sprocket 1-3/8" hole fit perfectly on hub (welded) -12t max torque clutch -walmart wireless bike speedometer -B and s muffler -custom header from gas pipe -chain tensioner (fabricated)

Lawn Mower Powered Bicycle
http://calpusengineering.webs.com/ I took an old school bicycle and modified it to hold an engine. I took a two-cycle lawn mower engine and rotated the carb to make the shaft horizontal. Then I used a belt pulley for a manual clutch. The pulley goes to the normal bike chain which makes it a 7-speed! I can only get it up to fourth gear then the chain falls off, but thats around 50mph, fast enough for me on a bike. This thing runs really well its really fun to drive. I was a junior in high school when i finished this.
