Jodie hitting biceps finishing of with preacher curl. Our bicep workout would last 15-20 minutes no more than 10 sets, hard heavy get out and eat! This is Jodie and me prepping for week 7 of her 55 day diet for her first competition in 2011. The goal Discovery Channel set her was huge! We did 60-90 mins training a day between Jodie's daily 8 hour filming schedule. To diet of 22lbs fat gain 7lbs muscle in 55 days. Diet and training I designed around busy schedule filming achieved that! Jodie was 25% bodyfat day 1, I set my goals for her to be 10% bodyfat in 55 days! Goal achieved. I've got 100's of inspirational videos of Jodie. She is in amazing lady, generous, kind and wonderful person. At the end of 55 days she had the most amazing 6 pack i have ever seen in my 25 year experience. Jodie and I trained together between 2008 and 2011. www.sharpbodies.co.uk
