Bike - Cheap Halfords brand X-Rated Mosh, steel frame Engine - 50cc mini moto, centrifugal clutch, direct drive to rear sprocket, no manual clutch, no gearbox. Finished bike - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QDr-IQhjm0 Bottom bracket from mini moto was cut and welded onto frame to support the motor, the top bracket has a bolt drilled through the frame, Exhaust is standard no modification, the rear wheel was filpped around to line up with the motor, this meant that the rear cassettte/sprocket had to be welded to stop it unwinding, a chain tensioner and footrest were fitted after this video was taken, there is plenty of room between the Exhaust and the riders leg, it does not cause injury or burns.
