Roadfly.com - 2010 Porsche Panamera 4S Road Test & Review
Jessi Lang recently spent a week in the 2010 Porsche Panamera 4S. This sport sedan is nothing short of amazing. The all-wheel-drive Panamera 4S with its normally aspirated, 32-valve DOHC, 4.8-liter V8 makes 400-horsepower but due to the highly efficient PDK transmission that 400 hp feels a lot more like 500. Jessi road tests and reviews the new Panamera which compares to BMWs might M5 and the Mercedes-Benz AMG models. Stay tuned to the end of the video for more of Jessi's bloopers! 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera with PDK
Sublime is the mind of those that support greatness. For those that oppose, well we wish them all the best. The 2009 Porsche 911 rocks and rolls like no other 911 before it. Now in its 6th generation, the Carrera is updated tremendously with new hardware and software such as the Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) dual-clutch seven-speed transmission, Direct Fuel Injection and a set of updated horizontally opposed six cylinder Boxer engines.

Test Porsche 911 Carrera

Only about 10 seconds elapse in our drive of the 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet before we realize that we've just begun a love/hate relationship with Porsche's most brilliant piece of technology in the last 20 years — the Doppelkupplungsgetriebe, which, roughly translated, means "badass tranny." The New Changes On The 2009 Porsche 911
As a previous owner of quite a few Porsche 911's, it always amazes me how they always find a way to take a perennial classic and improve it just enough, so you have to sell your old one and jump on the newest model. I stopped by my buddy and ace sales guy Chris Huck at my favorite San Diego Porsche dealer (Pioneer Centres) after getting the tipoff that they had a nice selection of 09's on the ground. The car doesn't LOOK that different but it has been improved in just about every way possible outside of a full redesign.
