1973 Buick apollo thats gonna get an olds 462 that was going into my 75
olds omega. The olds is now sold so I guess this will be my new street car
project. Its a rolling chassis now but the body is solid and rust free.
Big Block Buick 462 going into a 73 Buick Apollo
Here is the buick 462 thats going in a 73 buick apollo. 73 455 block bored
.30 over, speed pro .30 over hypereutectic pistons with 4 valve reliefs and
coated skirts, about 9.5 to 1 comp. ta 310 cam, stock 73 heads slightly
milled with stock valves, new springs and bowl ported. Crank and rods are
original. Can't wait! should be fun! A big thanks again to Rick at HBR
2007 Charger R/T muffler delete interior sound
A few people have asked for interior sound of my charger with a deleted or
removed muffler but resonators were kept on. Here it is, sorry it took so
long. Only other modification is a cold air intake that I made by basically
removing the filter box and sticking a cone filter in its place at the end
of the intake tubing.

--Originally 6 cyl automatic 10-bolt. Now 1970 455 Stage 1, Edelbrock b4b,
John Osbourne Q-Jet, Forged Pistons, Custom Exhaust, MSD, turbo 400 switch-pitch transmission 1200-2800
stall, Frame tied, Ford 9", 3.50 Posi. Conversion performed by Tri-Shield
Performance in 2004 at 51,000 original miles. Now has 59,000+. Vinyl top,
chrome, stainless, and most of the interior is original. Repainted once in
original color and had GSX decal package reproduced from the originals
prior to stripping the car. Its been a good dependable cruiser.

In stock form, the 1955 Buick Special could best be described as a "nice"
car. It's not drop dead gorgeous like a 1959 Impala, nor does it have the
panache of say a 1956 Chrysler 300. You see the '55 Buick Special was a
working mans car. It had room enough for the whole family, a decent
power-plant thanks to its 264 cubic inch V8, and style that was, well...
above average. Harry Fisher or "Uncle Harry" as most people know him, saw
the old Buick a bit differently though. He knew that with a few little
touches (like a 502 cubic inch big-block, modern suspension, and a new set
of wheels) that this old Buick had the potential to become one of the
baddest hot-rods around.

1966 Buick Convertible Barn Find Rescue, Part 1
This is the story of a '66 Buick Special convertible that had been
abandoned in Arizona in 1978 by the family of Rick Pewe, editor of 4-Wheel
& Off-Road magazine. In 2011, the guys from HOT ROD Magazine, in
conjunction with Rick, spent four days bringing the car back from the dead
with plans to drive it home from Phoenix to Los Angeles. This is part 1,
with the hacking fun the guys had rescuing the car. Look for part two,
loaded with road-trip hilarity. The story is printed in the September 2011

look at the understated muscle car of the late 80s, the Buick Grand
National, this one specifically the Regal T-Type. The GN and the T-Type are
identical except for badging and interior trim. It wasn't until you
stepped it on up to the GNX did you get the truly different package (which
I will explain in the video). The GN is arguably the most menacing looking
buick of all time with it's black monochrome paint scheme and turbo charged 3.8 V6 pumping out amazing
performance numbers for the time period, even today! A unique experience
to be able to check out one of these beasts. During this presentation, we
will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with
the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data,
and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior
and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only
get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will
highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any
available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video
without the good ole engine portion with rev and Exhaust note with interior and exterior

69 Buick GS 350-4 barrel
This is my bone stock, save for the demon carb( it is an original four
barrel motor though) 69 GS 350, factory manifolds without mufflers because
i'm installing headers very soon, with purple hornie glasspacks:D can you
say irritated neighbours? I'm going to get the T/A manifold for it along
with some 3.91 gears (it has a chevy 12 bolt posi) and maybe a cam, the
aforementioned stuff with the longtube headers should be a pretty peppy
car, these old buick 350's make a lot of torque, the way it is now it will
easily brake both tires loose and melt them during a brakestand, with the
open manifolds it will even lay a couple of 20 foot long strips just
stompin on the gas, not bad for a stock converter, stock 3.30 gears and
3600 pound car, this paticular motor was rated at 285 hp (net) and 360
ft-lbs of torque from the factory, and I believe they had 10:1 compression.
The buick 350 actually has a longer stroke than a chevy 396 big block it's
3.85", this makes for Alot of down low go, and a good starting point.
