This Custom XR6 turbo Race engine is fitted with a set of Crow Cams Stage II cams and Crows High Performance valve springs. In this clip the ute is only tuned to 20psi however it now makes 23psi on pump fuel and turns the rollers at over 600 rwhp on 98 ron. FINAL UPDATE: Ford dealer had long chat with Ford Engineering. Their diagnosis is that this is NORMAL spool down noise, just like all you blokes are telling me. For anyone curious, you can use this as an example of NORMAL spooldown noise. Excellent news!
