B&M Hammer Demonstration
This video shows how the B&M Hammer Shifter works in a Ford Mustang. The Shifter works with the 4r70w, as well as the AODE transmission, found in 94-04 automatic Mustangs. The knob on top is not the "Hammer Head" knob that comes with the shifter, it's a knob I bought at Autozone. The red button on the side is the Overdrive cancel button,(the grey button on the side of the stock shifter). For everyone saying your trying to immitate a manual, THIS IS NOT AN IMMITATION OF A MANUAL TRANSMISSION ITS AN AUTOMATIC SHIFTER, THIS WILL NOT MAKE YOUR CAR A MANUAL. If you leave it in D then it will shift just like the stock shifter.

I beam rods with main studs.brand new 7 qt. milodon low pro oil pan, TRW forged flat top pistons rings gapped for mild Nitrous (250), ARP head studs, Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum cylinder heads milled down to 65cc combustion chambers (10.8:1 compression), 2.02/1.6 SS swirl polished valves, screw in studs w/ guide plates, Holley Strip Dominator single plane intake manifold, Holley 750 vac secondary dual feed carb, Comp 306s solid flat tappet cam, comp cams solid lifters, Aluminum long proform water pump, Fluidamper harmonic balancer, aluminum radiator, tilton type mini starter, Flex-a-lite Black Magic elect fan, Holley mechanical 160GPH fuel pump, all steel braided fuel line AN style fuel system, -10 from tank to pump and -8 out of pump to red blue Russell regulator w/ gauge and -6 to dual feed on carb, trans is a TH350 w/ TCI manual valve body and full TCI rebuild kit rebuilt by Pat Shelly out of Sac. less than 500 miles on the trans and about 10 drag strip passes. It has a finned aluminum deep sump tranny pan. 4000 stall Redneck Racing converter, It has an aluminum drive shaft and the R180 differential has been changed to the welded up R200 w/ 3.70 gears. The Harwood scoop is actually the upper half of a Harwood snorkel cut down and turned around to make that hood. It has an Autometer 5" tach w/shift light, The shifter is a B&M Megashifter that is detent/ratchet type. The seats are stock original seats and there is black carpet front to back with racing harness type seat belts for the driver & passenger. It starts by a button on the dash. a roll cage that was in it at one time. There is no heater at all in the car. The fiberglass around the scoop is cracking a little. The weld wheels on it are 6 months old. I think the car has 11.80's in it possibly. Northern Ca. car





1980 Chevy El Camino
my high school ride. half street car half drag car. it was a 231 until i had totally redone and i had it punched out .60 to 4.4 bore and i kept the stock stroke to 3.4, so it comes out to a 310cu Buick street machine, ported and polished head, crane cam, crane double roller timing chain, new high performance valve springs, new 4.1 four barrel intake, rodchester quadrajet, new heads, pace setter headers, electronic Exhaust cut outs, flowmaster 44. Its pushing around 300 horse. Its got '72 Camaro z28 wheels. I have an alpine stereo, 2 6x9, 2 6 1/2, powered by a 700 watt amp, a 2 12 inch sub powered by a 1400 watt amp. and im shortly gonna redo the interior with new gauges, bucket seats and a b&m shifter. Now has a 6.0l and 2004r trans from monster!

Just trying to get the gear selector to work right,Need to get a new cable i guess,I want to know what gear its in without guessing,and its hard to get into gear,you got to put some force into it,an when you get it in sometimes it will got to far in the wrong gear
